  • The cottage is at the back of the garden, which you can water and enjoy. Here you have two terraces, a sauna house, a trampoline and a garden shower at your disposal.

    The 1.5-storey holiday home has a double bed (1.80m * 2.00m) and two single beds (90 * 2.00m) on the top floor, and a pull-out sofa bed with a bed area of 1.20m x 2.00m on the ground floor . The standing height in the attic is approx. 1.60m.

    2 bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding area. In the immediate vicinity you will find many lakes and opportunities for nature-related activities and more. A quiet, charming restaurant is nearby. The nearest supermarket is about 900 m away, as is a bakery. A nice shopping street is Bölschestraße, 3 km away, where you can buy a lot. You need about 40 minutes to get to the city center (Berlin-Mitte) by S-Bahn or car.

Perfect for long weekend with little kids

We rented the house to be near the race course for the Erkner Ironman triathlon. It was the perfect base. Very short drive (or bike ride on race morning) to the course and our time hanging at the house the rest of the weekend was very fun and relaxed. The kids loved the trampoline and box of toys in the yard. We all also enjoyed the sauna. The house is very cozy and comfortable and has everything you need. The hosts are also super friendly and communication is great. I would definitely recommend.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht. Die Sauna mit Panoramafenster war der absolute Hit und sehr einfach zu bedienen. Die Lage des Hauses ist mega! Toll zum Fahrradfahren, man ist unmittelbar im Grünen. In 8 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der S-Bahnstation und kann von dort in die Stadt fahren. Auch das ist völlig easy! Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Location, aber kleiner als gedacht

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Gartenhaus. Es war alles sehr liebevoll und hochwertig vorbereitet. Die Sauna war fantastisch. Mit kleinen Kindern sollte man allerdings bedenken, dass es eine sehr steile Treppe nach oben gibt, die uns etwas auf Trab gehalten hat. Oben, im Schlafbereich, kann man nicht aufrecht stehen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt trotzdem genossen, die Gastgeber:innen waren super lieb und haben uns bei allen Anliegen geholfen.

Zum zweiten mal durften wir dieses tolle Ferienhaus genießen. Für uns perfekt. Schnell bei der S-Bahn und dan untertauchen in die Großstadt Berlin. Am ende des Tages dann wieder zurück ins idyllische Ferienhaus

Toller Aufenthalt!

Ruheoase

Super ruhige, geschmackvoll gestaltete und eingerichtete Gartenoase, samt Kaminfeuer und Saunahäuschen - trotzdem in 25min per S-Bahn mitten in Berlin! Auf kleinstem Raum alles Nötige vorhanden! Allerdings braucht man zum Einkaufen ein Auto (od.Fahrrad). Und für größere Menschen wird es unterm Dach etwas schwierig...aɓer das liest man ja schon vorher in der Beschreibung ;-) Für uns hat es super gepasst!! Vielen Dank!

Wir alle liebten das kleine „Gartenhäuschen“. Es ist alles da und sehr gemütlich und ruhig. Die Kinder profitierten vom Trampolin im Garten. Die Wohngegend ist wunderschön!

Das Ferienhaus war die Wucht. So toll ausgestattet in ruhiger Lage. Zu Fuß schnell bei der S Bahn und in 25 minuten in Berlin Zentrum. Wir kommen bestimmt noch nal wieder!

Klein, aber fein

In der Hauptstadt und doch im Grünen! Idyllisch am Waldrand gelegen, S-Bahnstation gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und dann in knapp 30 Minuten in der City. Das "Schwedenhäuschen" war perfekt für uns.

Gemütliches Häuschen

Sehr gemütliches und gut ausgestattetes Häuschen, nahe am Wald, der zum Spazierengehen einlädt. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Wir haben sehr erholsame Tage hier verbracht. Die Fahrräder sind ein wertvoller Bonus, um die schöne Gegend zu erkunden.

Heerlijk knusse woning!

Een heerlijk vakantiehuisje in een bosrijke omgeving! Kom je met OV dan zijn de afstanden tot een winkel (bij veel boodschappen) te groot. Tip: neem vd eerste dag wat te eten/drinken mee of laat boodschappen bezorgen! Dit kregen (te laat) als tip vd de eigenaar. OV in Berlijn top geregeld. Vanaf woning 10-15 min lopen naar station Wilhelmshagen. Rt Berlijn ca 40 min met trein. Wij gaan zeker terug!
