New for the 2025 season! This tastefully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps 9 and is situated on a wooded lot in Ocean Pines. Stay and enjoy this home's warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for creating lasting family memories. The home offers an open floor plan that consists of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. You will love the stainless-steel appliances and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for all your cooking needs. The dining room area is flooded with light from the nine windows overlooking the backyard. The living room has comfortable seating for the whole family, perfect for enjoying quality time together. When it's time for a good night's sleep, pick your room! The master bedroom has a King-sized bed with a private bathroom featuring a stand-up shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has a queen bed with an additional twin bunk bed for the kids. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combo, perfect for relaxing or getting ready for a night out. The den is the perfect place to unwind on the couch and watch a movie or use it for additional sleeping on the Daybed. There is a two-car garage with a ramp to the inside of the home for easy access. Enjoy the surroundings of nature on the spacious screen porch as you sip a drink or enjoy a late-night snack. Fire up the grill on the deck and prepare a family BBQ or take in the sun on the back deck. Enjoy all of the free community amenities from the walking trails, playgrounds, parks, basketball courts, skate park, and boat ramp. There are also other amenities like tennis, golf, kayak rentals, and the community pools. Bed sizes: King, 2 Queens, Bunk, and Daybed with Double and Twin mattress pull out. 5 TVs. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED IN FEES. Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. Non-Group Rental, not available for high school/college "Beach Week." Cancellation fee will apply. ADDITIONAL NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE OF $150.00 APPLIES PER PET. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was ver big and accommodated our party of 7 (plus our dog). House was very clean and came with everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
