Great location in the city. Street is a little dirty, but that’s more a Berlin issue than this hotel. Wish I knew breakfast price before eating, but fair price for the variety of good food. Friendly staff. Smooth experience all around.

This hotel is very nice and convenient. Everything about the place is recommendable. But the staff is what makes the place great! They are very professional and friendly. Friendly hotel in a great location

Great location 100m to M4 tram stop, only a few stops from Alexanderplatz in one direction and Greifswalder Straße S-Bahn in the other. A short walk to the restaurants in Prenzlauer berg. Friendly staff that was available 24/7, clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast (although at additional cost). Our train left late in the evening the day we checked out, but we could leave our bags in the luggage room and were welcome to hang out in the lobby after a full day of exploring Berlin, before leaving for the train. Would very much recommend this hotel! Only minor thing was that the family room was not made for a family when we arrived, but the friendly staff came up with additional bed linen and made the bed sofa for us.

Flawless

Flawless, new hotel. Newly renovated. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Good location. I didn't need any special service. However, housekeeping was thorough, front desk was available, maintenance was attentive. The location was nearby where I needed to be. There was no restaurant on site at the time of my visit. However, there is a breakfast place/coffee shop across the street and a Spätkauf two doors away.

Drain in the shower was completely clogged leaving us with soggy clothes and water everywhere. We do not require much from hotels but at least a hot shower should be possible. We asked to be compensated and was offered 10€ which we declined.

Zimmer: Geräumiges Zimmer mit Teppichboden. Mein Zimmer hatte ein Doppelbett und je zwei Steckdosen und eine Nachttischlampe an jeder Seite vom Bett - das ist super und leider nicht überall so; ich musste schon Telefone und Lampen vom Strom abstecken, nur um mein Handy aufladen zu können. Das Fenster lässt sich ordentlich öffnen, nicht nur kippen. Minibar ist vorhanden, eine Füllung muss man vorbestellen. Habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen, fand die Preise aber human und es ist auf jeden Fall energiesparender, als den Kühlschrank permanent laufen zu lassen. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es auch einen Wasserkocher mit einer kleinen Auswahl an Tees und Instantkaffee. Das Badezimmer hatte eine Dusche mit Handbrause und Regendusche, Duschgel/Shampoo von Rituals wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Personal & Frühstück: Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption und Bedienung beim Frühstück. Kleines, aber feines Frühstücksbuffet in einem kleinen Frühstücksraum im Erdgeschoss. Eierspeisen, Waffeln und Pfannkuchen kann man auf Wunsch beim Personal bestellen und werden mit den gewünschten Extras frisch zubereitet. Kaffee habe ich nicht probiert, aber es gibt einen Automaten und Kannen mit Filterkaffee, sowie Milch und Milchalternativen. Check-In/Out: Ich habe beides über die App/Webseite abgewickelt, die man per Mail verlinkt bekommt. Die ist leider nicht super nutzerfreundlich und in der Bedienung etwas clunky, ich würde hier also empfehlen, das vor Ort und nicht online zu machen.

We stayed at this hotel to participate in the Berlin marathon and explore Berlin. This hotel was quiet and clean with friendly staff. There are tons of dining option sin the immediate area and it is very close to public transportation. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this location again if we are in the Berlin area.
