The hotel staff were very friendly. There were many shopping and dining options nearby, so I had a very comfortable stay. I would like to use this hotel again.

The only complain I have is the AC. The AC broke during the entire stay. This is not acceptable for a four star hotel since it is quite hot in end of June for Germany. Other than that, the room is large and clean. The bed is comfortable. The location is also good with plenty of transport options.

Good option

I really liked this hotel - decent sized room, good location (close to Metro) and decent breakfast. Bathroom was good and service was reasonable. Price was on the higher end but that was due to a large conference in Berlin during the visit. Close to a several shops and restaurants.

Very nice place, good location.

The place was very good and near by a lot of goods shops. The traffic noise was a bit irritating. Breakfast was expensive. We paid extra for parking in garage.

Great location, nice staff. However extra bed wasn’t made, and extra towels were “ forgotten” 3 days out of 4. We were 3 people and only towels for 2 given. Poor service from housekeeping.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im H10 Berlin wirklich genossen. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bieten ein angenehmes, ruhiges Ambiente – perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, egal ob beim Check-in oder bei Fragen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Besonders gut hat mir das Frühstück gefallen: große Auswahl, frische Produkte und eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Auch die Lage ist super – zentral und gut angebunden, aber trotzdem ruhig. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Berlin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hotel muito confortável, bem localizado, bons restaurantes e lojas ao redor, estação de metrô ao lado. Funcionários atenderam prontamente minhas solicitações e não mediram esforços para dar informações. Café-da-manhã muito bom, recomendo pagar por esse extra.

Excellent séjour, appartement très confortable, très bien équipé pour le petit-déjeuner et dîner. Linge de toilette changé tous les jours, rien à redire sur la propreté. Personnel particulièrement aimable, polyglotte et serviable. Nous recommandons 100%.
