Basic hotel and room. Ok but it felt soulless as there were no staff when I arrived. Saw one woman in the kitchen area who seemed to be the only one there. Area was ok and safe enough, local restaurants were few and far between but local Italian was quite good. Room was hot when I arrived and could not open windows enough to get fresh air in

Overall the stay was ok. But the first day my shower had a hole and there was water all over the place. The bathroom lap was broken due to the water, at the beginning the solutions were really limited, at the end they fixed it. The room service has really limited hours, so if you missed them, you won't get service for that day. The room service staff is super nice, the service at front desk not so much. I do not recommend this location for tourist at all. The closest town is nice tho, like 20-25min in bus ride.

I had a good one night stay at the place. The bed was good, everything was clean, I only missed a little refrigerator in the room since it was a hot day. Breakfast was good and diverse at 10 Euro extra per person. The best way to describe the place is functional. With some unexpected charming corners such as the restaurant roof terrace. Good value for money if you are in this part of Berlin.

Nice economy hotel in Berlin
I like the hotel and stayed there several times. It is economy style in a distance from the center but this location suites my purposes. Breakfast might be a bit richer in choice for the price but most important it is fresh and tasty. Hotel is clean and warm. Room is not very spacious but you can find everything what is necessary for a short stay. Internet disappointed me. Iphone was not connecting but the computer yes. Some surprise was at the door as you check in via terminal at the door without any contact with reception. Good that terminal is user friendly and everything works easy but the payment can only be done by the bank card.

We came from Berlin Brandenburg airport to the hotel at 10:00 PM. The hotel door is closed. We rang the bell for 20 minutes. Nobody open or response. We see the receptionist man inside through the glass door. We knocked on the glass. He saw us but did not open. We rang the bell again. He answered through the speaker and asked do we have reservation. We answered yes. He asked for the number. We gave the reservation number on hotels.com. He said the number is not on his system. I asked him to check for the reservation name. He said my name is not in his system. He refused to open the door. It's cold outside and we waited 45 minutes in the cold weather. Then a guest in the restaurant saw us waiting outside for so long and witness the whole thing stand up and come out to open the door for us. We came inside and I asked the receptionist man again. Are you sure there is no reservation? If it's not we will go to the hotel next door. This is terrible service. He check his computer again and said yes. He gave us a room which seems like not clean up from previous guest. The phone line is disconnected. He made the whole thing like in a scary movie where people get in the wrong turn, be at the wrong hotel at the wrong time and meet the wrong receptionist. We can not sleep the whole night. In the morning, the restaurant is closed and locked. There is no breakfast service even we paid for breakfast. This is the worst hotel ever. Unbelievable.

Sehr geehrte/r Frau/Herr Tran, zunächst einmal ist es leider so, dass Online-Buchungen mit wenigen Minuten Verzögerung in unser System übertragen werden. Wir bitten diesbezüglich um Entschuldigung. Ihre Buchung erfolgte um 21:18 Uhr und wurde um 21:22 Uhr von unserem Mitarbeiter bearbeitet. Der Check-In erfolgte nur wenige Minuten darauf, somit entspricht es schlichtweg nicht der Wahrheit, dass unsere Hoteltür geschlossen war, oder Sie, wie sie sagten, 45 Minuten vor dem Hotel warten mussten. Laut Aussage unseres Mitarbeiters sind Sie auf direktem Wege durch die Eingangstür zur Rezeption gekommen, ohne Wartezeit und ohne an die Fenster zu klopfen zu müssen. Das belegen auch die Uhrzeiten zwischen Bearbeitung und Check-In Ihrer Buchung laut unserem System. Sie haben ein Einzelzimmer ohne Frühstück bei uns gebucht, also ist es ebenso falsch zu behaupten, dass Sie Frühstück bezahlt hätten. Hierzu können Sie gerne noch einmal Ihre Buchungsbestätigung überprüfen. Darüber hinaus war das von Ihnen bezogene Zimmer in einem bezugsfertigen Zustand. Für das defekte Telefon auf dem Zimmer entschuldigen wir uns. Das darf so natürlich nicht sein, jedoch möchten wir Sie höflichst darum bitten, von derartigen Falschaussagen abzusehen und Ihre Fantasie-Geschichten zukünftig für sich zu behalten. This is a basic hotel so don’t expect any frills. The room was clean but the corridors didn’t look like they had been cleaned for a while and looked tired and tatty. Service very helpful and friendly.

Frindly hotel on city edge
Very nice hotel with for a short business trip. Location a bit far from the city center. Possible connection by S-Bahn. Room was spacious. Very nice bed, good breakfast, friendly staff. I will return for sure.

Stayed at this basic hotel more than once. It's a great place for reasonable cost. It's been consistent in quality, room service is good and they are always friendly. This hotel seems to be used by german business people traveling through the area as well as some tourists. It is on the outskirts of Berlin but the X10 bus that goes to Berlin Tegel airport (TXL) is very close to the hotel. They have a bar area but it seems to have weird hours. It has NEVER been loud or scary. There is a parking lot near the hotel ~1 minute walk. Great place but not the Ritz.

Great Hotel Stay in Teltow!
This is a smaller, simpler hotel in Teltow a little south of Berlin, but great for it's price. Staff was super friendly and everything just as advertised. Clean, friendly, Wifi works great, simple room but good for price. It's about 40 minutes to downtown Berlin via Bus. It will take you about an hour to get to Tegel airport via the Bus system, but totally easy to do. Taxi would probably run you 60 Euros, so do take public transport. The room (single person), although not luxurious, was very clean and room service performed tasks flawlessly. Bathroom was also very clean and although not huge works great for one person at a time. Cable TV has all German stations and couldn't find CNN or BBC in English, but that's not a big deal either. Wireless Internet in room worked great without any problems! Perfect for the money!!! There is a hotel lounge with some drinks downstairs and a restaurant across the street, as well as a Bakery and some other smaller shops within easy walking distance. Also buses nearby and easy to access. Parking is easy on the lot near the graveyard kind of behind the hotel.

Das Hotel ist ok, die Ausstattung der Zimmer normal. Aber kein Kühlschrank und keine Klimaanlage. Das ist bei der Hitze im Sommer nicht angenehm. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen.

Trotz der Bitte um ein ruhiges Zimmer bei der Buchung vor 8 Wochen habe ich ein Zimmer zur Straße erhalten (angebl. war alles sonst belegt), was sehr laut war, so dass ich kaum schlafen konnte. Für die 2. Nacht konnte ich dann doch ein anderes ruhiges Zimmer erhalten, so dass ich schlafen konnte. Wichtig zu wissen: Die Rezeption ist stellenweise nicht besetzt z.B. morgens erst ab 11h, so dass Absprachen schwierig sind, die Zimmermädchen haben mir aber geholfen.

Zweckmäig ausgestattetes Zimmer, sehr sauber und trotz der direkten Lage zur Potsdamer str. ruhig, denn nachts ist kaum Verkehr vorhanden. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer mit Einzelbett, habe sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück ist mit 10 EUR günstig und gut. Sehr zu empfehlen ist ein Gang zum Teltower Stadthafen, nur ca. 350m entfernt, wo es ein am Wasser schön gelegenes Bistro gibt, die kleine Freiheit. In Fußnähe auch ein sehr leckerer Grieche, die Taverne Samos, wo ich zweimal sehr gut gespeist habe.
