Great location. 5 minute walk into alexanderplatz or can jump on the tram right outside the hotel. There is a stand in the reception where you can buy bus tours, etc and the lady there was so helpful! Staff were all really helpful and attentive. We had an issue with our sink and it was resolved by the time we got back in the afternoon. Breakfast was also lovely. Cannot fault this hotel at all.

We recently stayed 3 nights with my grand-children. The hotel offers excellent buffet breakfast!! is clean and centrally located. The front-desk staff were very nice and when I called to say the safe=box was not working, 10 minutes later someone showed up to fix it. Great service.

Nice modern hotel, very clean and helpful staff. Hotel situated next to main road and a rail track, so some noise if you open any windows. So had to rely upon air conditioning.

Algemeen zeer tevreden. Vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel, practische en nette kamers. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt en verzorgd. Maaltijden nogal duur voor de hoeveelheid. Zeer weinig parking en duur moeten parkeren in een parkeertoren kort in de buurt. In elk geval het hotel is een aanrader! Spijtig dat sommige toeristen niet meer eerbied hebben voor het hotel, andere toeristen en uiteindelijk zichzelf.

Das Hotel idt nahe dem Alexanderplatz gelegen, die Anbindung mit dem ÖPNV sehr gut. Allerdings ist der Straßenlärm laut, das Fenster im Zimmer sollte also eschlossen werden. Die Bar Abwnds ist eher überschaubar und wenig gemütlich. Reicjt aber für ein Drink. Das Frühstücksbuffet in 4 Tagen kaum abwechslungsreich. Da lohnt es eher Ausserhalb zu Frühstücken. Satt wird man allerdings, auch wenn es nix Besonderes gibt.
