The staff were very helpful when I needed to stay an extra day they allowed me to keep my room and where very helpful as i was a Lone traveller from the UK. Im grateful to all the staff to gave me suggestions of where to travel and what Berlin had to offer in terms of sighseeing. They appreciated my attempts at speaking German they were very warm and welcoming.

Our stay here had the convenience of being able to walk the town, conveniently located by the public transit and the included breakfast was amazing. We did have an alarm going off in our room at midnight that obviously wasn’t hooked up to telling anyone because my husband had to walk down to the lobby and get help. We also had a rogue toilet that flushed 5-7 times after pressing it once. But this wouldn’t discourage me from booking here again. I also felt the staff was overwhelmed with a new system and weren’t as welcoming as they could have been. Overall it was a great place to stay.

The hotel location was excellent as it was within walking distance of the town centre. The staff were very friendly too which was welcoming. Breakfast was pleasant too with various options for food too. Definitely a good value for money hotel.

The hotel was fine and breakfast was nice. And it’s close to the actual square so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Unfortunately though they ignored our special requests of a quiet room and a cot which we added when we booked. So we had to ask at reception for a cot, and their response was “there may or may not be one available, no guarantee, you’ll have to wait and see if the cleaning staff add one” which isn’t great to hear when you have a baby that needs a cot and we had asked months before arriving. Secondly they put us in a first floor room right next to the trams, so the first night, trams were running all night and kept waking us and baby up. Fortunately the second night the trams stopped due to road works so we slept fine after but if they’d carried on we would have asked to move

The hotel was great! It's location isn't too far from Alexanderplatz and the main transportation hub. The room was clean with modern features. It was my home for the next week. I booked this hotel due to the location, free wifi, and the complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly no complaints. Overall I had a good experience. I would book this location again if I were to travel back to Berlin.

The reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They gave us a map of the city and gave us some great ideas of where to go (including transport options) and what to see. Lovely clean hotel just by the Alexanderplatz and convenient for the UBahn.

We had a bit of a stressful start to our trip due to a flight delay, which meant we couldn’t arrive on our original check in date and only made it the following day. We had booked through Expedia and left a note for the property there, but they weren’t able to review it in time.Despite that, they were incredibly understanding and still managed to accommodate us without any issues. That thoughtful gesture really set the tone for our stay. The staff were warm, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. The location is fantastic—within easy walking distance of all the major attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The breakfast spread was also excellent, with plenty of delicious options to start the day. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hospitality

The room was a good size and the breakfast was excellent, plenty of variety and stayed open late. The one thing that surprised me was that there was no fridge in the room. Would have been useful to keep water and other drinks in. Otherwise excellent.
