Potsdam, the former residential city of the Prussian electors and kings, with 17 palaces, three parks and numerous lakes and watercourses characterise the city. Year after year, the centre and the renovated buildings attract more glamour and guests from near and far.



The flat is located 3 km southeast of Potsdam city centre in the Waldstadt residential area, in a section between the Havel and Ravensberg rivers, exactly where city and nature meet.



The excursion into nature begins right outside the front door.



Characteristic of the immediate surroundings are not only the many trees, but also the idyllic allotment gardens and modern terraced houses as well as quaint settlers' houses.

Pros: Das versprochene alkoholfreie Bier stand gekühlt bereit. Check in reibungslos. Wir haben uns nach unseren Ausflügen in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Cons: Katastrophale Parkmöglichkeiten in der ganzen Umgebung.
