Very good location for marathon runners. We could walk to the start and walk back from the finish. Sightseeing was in walking, scooter or taxi distance as well. All were easy to navigate despite not speaking German. Hotel was clean, well managed, and restaurants were good and bar was very well run and staffed.

We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Positives: Great location, parking in the back of the hotel, ping pong tables on main floor which was fun (it was like 5 euros for 30 min or so), mini fridge in the hotel room, loved the family room with the bunk beds- lots of space. The bed wasn't super comfortable but wasn't terrible either, and it was frustrating checking in... they have two banks of elevators and eventhough we checked in with a real person (they have check-in with ipads which I don't love), they didn't explain that to us, so we ended up taking a while to figure out the elevator situation.

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Staff & service
The room was nice, breakfast was just ok, but the hotel was impersonal. At checkout, we were leaving a day early due to a flight change and they wouldn’t provide an invoice. When we said thank you and goodbye, they just raised their eyebrows and didn’t said ok we’re done, you can go. The other hotels we stayed at were much kinder and helpful.

Everything ok, big rooms but we had one of the rooms that is only accesible through only 1 elevator. It was during the marathon and the worst part was that the elevator smelled like someone had throwed up, and the smell stayed for 2 days at least.
