Great experience. Staff was friendly, professional amd helpful. Great location. We were able to take the train to into Berlin, only took 15 min. I liked staying there rather then downtown.

Excellent location in one of Berlin's nicest suburbs, at the end of Schlossstrasse, the second busiest shopping street in the city. The hotel is perfectly acceptable in all aspects, save for the strength of the wifi connection. It would be impossible to work in one's hotel room.

Nice hotel but it does not have air conditioning which is an issue in the summer which is why it is rated lower than I otherwise would have rated it. Our room was very warm at night even with the windows open. The hotel is U and S bahn locations right near the hotel which is nice.

Perfect place to stay!
Lovely Hotel, very clean rooms and great service. Perfect location! Bakery and Supermarkets are right next door. Close to all public transportation such as busses, U and S Bahn. I stayed at the Hotel Steglitz for sixteen nights. Glad I did!

Impolite front desk staff.
The hotel overall is okay, price is good, just that one of the front desk guy is quite impolite. When I walked back into the hotel and tried to get some water from the water dispenser at the main lobby, a front desk guy asked quite abruptly "Do you stay in the hotel?" I told him my room number. I don't remember I was being interrogated like this ever when I walked in a hotel anywhere in the world. Also they don't have water kettle to let you boil water in your room. That same reception desk guy asked me to go to the coffee room on each floor to get hot water. But then I wasn't sure which button to press for hot water, the guy lectured me how to spell hot water in German.

Very clean, very quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed comfy. Bathroom all good (shower door kept in the water!). Very convenient location close to main S1 train line. However, wifi was very poor, no hot drink facilities in room, and fridge was not working.

The hotel itself is great but wi-fi reception is just horrible so if it is important to you, look into other options.

No aircon - far too hot
My own fault - did not check about air conditioning. Actually didn't think I had to these days. The room was VERY hot and opening the windows meant it was VERY noisy. There was a free standing fan but only moved the hot air around.

Fehler im Buchungssystem .
Es war zu kalt . Keine Heizung im Zimmer keine Heizung im Bad. Hatte vier uebernachtungen bestellt und im vorraus bezahlt . Waren aber leider nur drei uebernachtungen bei ihnen angekommen. ( via expedia ) . Obwohl ich alles bezahlt hatte . Belgeg und Kvittung vorlegte muste ich die vierte uebernachtung nochmal bezahlen . Mein Hotel zimmer wurde verriegelt so das ich meinem Koffer nicht herraus bekam ohne zu bezahlen .Das Misverståndniss zwischen ihrém Hotel und der Buchungsagentur muste ich ausbaden. Mir vøllig unverståndlich wie man sowas seinen Kunden zumutet. Das Prinzieb ist falsch . Der Fehler wurdé von ihrem Peronal und Geschåftsleitung herruntergespielt und mir zulastgelegt .

Great time in Berlin
It was very good location and very good appearance my only issue was the cold and the room should heat up faster but other than that it was simply amazing despite me being there during Covid lock down.

Clean and friendly place. Very helpful and polite staff. SI breakfast for 10 € is highly recommendable. The only thing to mention is that there is no coffee/tea facility in the room. There is a room on each floor with a machine but who wants to walk the corridor for a brew? Location is brilliant. Shops right outside and all varieties of public transport within walking distance.

Excellent hotel in a great location. The staff was warm and welcoming and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. No better place to stay for a visit to Berlin.

Free WiFi issue.
The free WiFi service provided by the hotel could be improved. The connection was very unstable, and the speed was very slow. Other hotel services were fine.

Breakfast was extremely expensive and ended up going elsewhere. Wi-Fi was almost non-existent, and for the location you would think the wi-fi would be great. Great Thai restaurant across the street and the access to transportation is very convenient
