Very clean and comfortable room although they put us next to the cleaners cupboard which meant lots of loud banging from 8.30am daily and loads of trolleys parked outside our bedroom at all times. Really liked the location- easy walking round Mitte and loads of public transport to get you to other parts of the city. Decent buffet breakfast but also other places nearby where you can get cheaper deals if you’re on a budget. Would stay again if they gave us a better located room

A Luxurious Stay in the Heart of Berlin – We’ll Be

It was truly a beautiful hotel – almost like a luxury hotel. Perfectly located in Berlin, with short walking distance to everything in the city center. Plenty to see within a 2 km radius. Cool, spacious room with a larger-than-usual TV and a bathtub. Great hotel. We will definitely come back again.

Nice Hotel with good location

The hotel is fresh and located in a central place which is close to the metro station. Room is big and clean. The beds are also comfortable. Unfortunately there are some strange smell in the corridor where our room is located on the first floor. Hope they will fix this soon.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the pulled pork burger from room service was excellent. The only downside was that the TV wasn’t a smart TV and we couldn’t figure out how to watch anything in English. Otherwise, the stay was excellent.

Wonderful stay. The hotel was very nice, clean, staff was pleasant and helpful. Parking underground has some very tight spots for turning. The bed was extra firm. Breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is very comfortable and we had 2 adjacent rooms on floor 6. They were very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable and really quiet. The weather was hot but hotel and rooms comfortably cool. The area is within easy reach of restaurants, shops and transport. Would love to return.
