Place was great, well located and comfortable room. It can be noisy though and the one problem I had was that they told me breakfast would be €10 and they charged me €15 but other than that it is a nice hotel to stay.

I had a simple but clean, quiet, and comfortable room. Close to public transportation, stores, and restaurants. Breakfast was very good and staff was helpful. One staff member even helped me with some German speaking. Would recommend.

The staff were lovely and helpful. Room looked a bit dated, but it was very clean and the bed very comfortable to sleep in. Only problem i would say is that there were no tea/coffee in the room. But it was available from the front desk. Breakfast was lovely too. Lots of places close by to eat, with easy access to the U to get into centre when going out sightseeing. Overall, i had a lovely time and would definately stay there again.

What did I like best? The friendly and helpful staff! Then it's a good choice: clean rooms, a nice breakfast buffet, easy check-in. On the other hand, to my taste, the room temperature was too high. And the location is not exactly in the city center, although it's quite close to a subway station (U-Bahn Residenzstrasse).

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen aber ok ,der Mitarbeiter heute morgen beim auschecken tat mir leid, da er das ganze Frühstücken mitmachen musste und seine Rezeption, weil laut seiner Aussage ein anderen Mitarbeiter ausgefallen ist. Was auf ein schlechtes Management bzw Dienstabsicherung hindeutet.
