The apartment is new and located on the top floor of a four-story residential complex. It features central heating, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds featuring comfortable mattresses and excellent amenities, a very spacious living room with a seating area and a built-in sofa bed for two people (180x200 cm) and space for one small child or baby. Both bathrooms are tiled; the flooring is designer vinyl.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, electric stove, oven, coffee maker, glass-ceramic cooktop, kettle, and toaster, as well as a range hood, dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils. The kitchen has a window, as does one bathroom, which contains a washing machine and dryer; the other bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, and towel rack.
The other bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet, and sink with a mirror.
Each of the two bedrooms has a closet, two single beds or one double bed (which can also be separated), and two bedside tables with lamps; Berlin and other motifs decorate the bright walls. Artistically, the contrasts emphasised by the lighting really stand out in the living room. It’s also fun to relax there—you can bring a book to the bay window and read under a real palm tree.
Energy costs are 3 € per person per day. The Berlin city tax (civil tax) is 5% of the total cost of your stay.
Parking is available right at the house in a courtyard and is free.
Pets are welcome; the fee is 10 € per day per pet.

House rules:

First, please change out of your outdoor shoes and wear slippers in the apartment.

Please take off your shoes outdoors and place them on the doormat. (It will likely be a rubber mat to prevent water from getting on the floor.)

Second, please unload the dishwasher after use.

third Air out the apartment briefly every morning.

fourth Also open the windows in the bathroom and toilet after use.

fifth Reuse your towels. If you need more than 2 towels, you’ll be charged 2 € per additional towel.
