Einfaches Checkin zu später Stunde (auch wenn der Automat etwas langsam war). Diesen Service werde ich wohl auch mal wieder nutzen. Die Räume sind groß und mit allem Nötigen eingerichtet. Sehr durchdacht und alles von der Spülung bis hin zu den Schubladen ist geräuschmindernd ausgelegt. Sehr sauber. Für Berlin, die Flughafennähe und mit Blick auf das Gebotene war der Preis angemessen.

Whoever designed this hotel, perched on the top floors of a building housing several other establishments, was most probably inspired by the idea of efficiency and the decor of correctional facilities. There is no reception really - only two automata on the rather unwelcoming parking floors. The inside is clean yet as bare as it can be. One should work hard to make an hotel so unwelcoming. You can certainly get something better for the money.

The apartment was well cleaned and prepared for the stay. It smelled like cigarette smoke, and i chose a non smoking room. Check-in and out communication was not clear upon arriving. Otherwise it was a nice place

Great Stay!
You can arrive to this property at any time, check-in is easy and fast! Location great, close enough to Berlin but not within the city, dog friendly, clean, convenient.

Super easy and convenient
This hotel had the first automated check-in I have ever done. It was super easy machine. Free parking which was safe and easy. The hotel was brand new and very clean with nice decor. There is a kitchenette w/ sink, refrigerator, dishes and microwave, but no stove top. A grocery store is found right below the hotel. I would stay here again for sure.

arrived at airport after 5. no public transit to go to the hotel. and hotel stuff is off, but they do have an automatic chekcin box, which is very easy to use.

Really nice apartment next to a big supermarket for your shopping. Very helpful, welcoming and friendy fenale at the front desk. Wish I'd stayed longer but was only a brief visit this time. Next time i am in Berlin I'll come back here.

Ужасно,у меня было бронь апартаменты,я предупредил что задержаваюсь почти на 5 часов, не по моей вине,проблема с флекс бусусом была. Кокгда добрался до отеля то терминал по регистрации не функционировл после несколько без успешных попыток позвонили по номеру указанному для информаци,зря некто не отвечал,пробовал попасть в внутрь к другому терминалу тоже без полезно дверь не открывалось. После почти полтора часа стоя на улице на холоде не смогли не чего решать как попасть в отель, мы ушли в другой отель , потому что было холодно .И на последок хочу спросить почему с нас сняли такую суму комисионых 150 евро, ????. За то что я потерял свою время и нервы замерзания на улице,за то что терминал не работает нормально,за то что дверь не открывали, за то что на звонки не отвичали???? кто виноват я или ваша система работы с клиентами??? Вот и делайте выводы сами а чём моя вина и стоит мне в дальнейшим пользоваться такими услугами ????????
