Nice hotel, not the best service

Nice hotel at good and safe location. Traveling with electric vehicle was made more complex by the reception staff, who kept on telling us to return for a charging token, unwilling to list people waiting for it. Super weird and inflexible, if not lazy. We didn’t try breakfast as the line was very long, but found a super nice cafe around the corner.

Spacious (standard room, twin beds) but first floor room means you can hear all the outside street noise and conversations. Also sometime wrong with the bathroom sink not draining normally (this made brushing your teeth slightly challenging, we opted to use the one in the toilet room after the night). The toilet is a separate room from the bathtub/showers, both slightly elevated. Reminds me of cruise ships. Overall decent but could be better. Berlin focuses on sustainability, water is potable direct from sink water.

Solid, but no frills

The room was a good size, comfortable bed (an actual queen-sized bed, not two twins pushed together.) Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, scrambled eggs were more like an egg loaf, but not bad. Overall, a decent option in a convenient spot.
