Very large family room. Excellent with parking option in basement. The breakfast area was small and we were not expecting to stand in line for 20 minutes to wait for a table. I stayed in the hotel for a week. The atmosphere in the hotel was nice and cozy. The cleaning service was excellent. Breakfast was versatile enough. The hotel is close to cultural attractions (Berliner Philharmoniker, Gemäldegalerie, Staatsbibliothek) and the metro is right next to it. Basic grocery stores and cafes are close by.

On arrival we had to go down 3 times for the key card to work. once in the room there was nl towels so another trip back to reception. We got 4 hand towels as there was no other available .Room was ok shower was poor and had silver fish in bathroom Room very basic compared to pictures Staff all lovely including the lovely egyptian gentleman who took us to the train for the airport amazing member of staff going the extra mile 😀

A very pleasant hotel. The room was clean and tidy, and everything I needed was provided. The bed linen was fresh and white. However, I wouldn’t recommend room 001 for light sleepers, as there were rolling-cart noises until midnight - especially noticeable in the bathroom. Early in the morning (around 7AM), the noise started again. Also, for those booking through Expedia: keep in mind that the city tax (Übernachtungssteuer) must be paid separately at the hotel.
