We had an issue opening the door with the code provided but they were promptly responsive and upgraded us to another room We really enjoyed our stay We love the area great restaurants near by close to everything

Wonderful hotel in lovely area

We had a lovely stay at Numa in Friedrichhain, loved the interior in the room. Smooth to enter and got help when needed. Would def stay here again.

Lovely experience staying at Numa Berlin. Fabulous facilities, right down to yoga mats which guests could use. The presentation is of a very high standard with lots of extra touches to make our stay more comfortable. It was great being able to cook a few meals, but we also enjoyed being able to stroll to some excellent cafes and restaurants. Would definitely stay again

Good location

The hotel was in a nice location. The room was lovely. I would recommend using numa. The digital check in is easy and the storage lockers are handy.

Property was lovely and good to have access to extra towels if needed. It was further out than expected but I suppose it depends on the definition of city centre. Very clean, secure and well maintained

Good location, clean and updated furnishings. Has an elevator and the kitchen is not big ao wpuld not recommend if you plan on cooking but why bother with so many great places to eat around the corner.

Great self service hotel

Great stay! Room was quite minimalistic, but it had all we needed for our trip. Special mention for the awesome showers and the useful mini fridge. Would recommend!

Absolutely fantastic

Peaceful location, safe. Easy to find and close to stations. Room was cosy, clean, good view from my window. Communication from Numa is fantastic & super clear. Great night’s sleep over my 4 days there & the overall building looks new & premium. I’ve even rebooked the same hotel for my next visit!

Ripped off- horrible price quality ratio

For the price i paid I expect there to be a reception, I expect to have my rooms cleaned, I expect hot water and at least the opportunity to have a breakfast from. In the pictures I saw kitchens, but my room had none. This place is a rip off.

Almost perfect

Super clean and comfy interior in a robust side of Berlin. Everything spotless! The area is peaceful - but alot to explore for a couple days. AC and mini fridge was good for a hot day. Only downside was that our room was changed to a smaller one the day on arrival. The refund was smaller I hoped for but I had to accept it because we needed a place to stay. This could had handeled with more customer oriented attitide. Without this incident we would be advocates for this hotel.

La chambre correspondait parfaitement à la description et aux photos sur le site. Très propre et magnifiquement décorée. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine très fonctionnelle mais nous avons aussi aimé l'emplacement de d'hôtel juste en face d'un resto / bar à vin, ainsi qu'à quelques minutes de marche du métro. L'expérience nous a donné le goût de louer à nouveau dans un Hotel Numa :)
