    In the approximately 53 m2 spacious apartment with large terrace overlooking the canals of New Venice is ideal for 2 people.
    It consists of two cozy rooms in a unique idyllic green location in Berlin Köpenick.      
     
    The living room is equipped with a kitchenette, a fridge, a dining area and a TV corner HD HIFi stereo.  
    The bedroom is furnished with a large wardrobe, a large double bed and comfortable seating.  
    The new furnishings also make a longer stay a pleasant experience.

The cleaning was terrible, specially the restroom, it was not properly cleaned! The toothbrush glass was verybdirty, the walls inside the restroom. In general cleaning is poor…. The area is nice, well located. The owner charge me 3 euros for using the washing machine, when it was supposed to be included. And property tax not allowed to be paid in the app, ONLY CASH.

Schöne Lage, aber Wohnung eng und seltsam provisorisch verbaut und leider sehr, sehr hellhörig

Wir sind enttäuscht. Wenn man die Wohnung, die sehr viel enger und kleiner ist als es auf den Fotos den Anschein macht, betritt, läuft man erst einmal auf die Gastherme zu, deren Wasser-Standspeicher vom Erdboden bis zur Decke geht und einen Durchmesser von fast einem Meter hat. Sobald in dieser wie auch in der benachbarten Erdgeschosswohnung jemand duscht, brummt das Gerät laut und vernehmlich. Da wir das Pech hatten, dass während unseres Aufenthaltes die Nachbarwohnung mit 6 jungen Erwachsenen voll belegt war, hörten wir ihn durchaus auch mal von 1 Uhr bis 2 Uhr morgens durchgehend laufen und brummen. Das Badezimmer ist winzig und eng. Sich am Waschbecken die Zähne zu putzen bedeutet bereits die erste Herausforderung. Sich am Waschbecken zu waschen, wofür es ja eigentlich gedacht ist, ist geradewegs unmöglich ohne den gesamten Boden zu wässern. Die Dusche funktioniert zwar, doch ist sie sehr schmal, sodass der Duschvorhang sich um den gesamten Körper schmiegt. Die Toilette wirkt sehr schmutzig – doch das kommt vielleicht von dem extrem eisenhaltigen Brunnenwasser, welches übrigens auch als Trinkwasser aus den Hähnen kommt. Geschmackssache. Die Sauberkeit schien uns okay zu sein, bis wir unter der Mülltüte im Badezimmereimer die Hinterlassenschaften unserer Vorgänger fanden. Besonders gestört hat uns, dass die Wohnungen des Hauses sehr hellhörig sind. Bei sechs Jugendlichen mit riesigem Gettoblaster in der Nachbarwohnung war es uns nur dann möglich aufzuatmen, wenn diese gerade nicht da waren. Ob es Zufall war, dass der Vermieter gerade zu dieser Zeit selber im Urlaub war? Wir haben es als Zumutung empfunden, dem Lärm so ausgeliefert zu sein - bis zwei Uhr morgens störten uns die Unterhaltungen nebenan des öfteren sehr. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar ruhig und schattig. Insgesamt aber ist das Anwesen mit Gästewohnungen überfrachtet: Der Garten ist gemessen an der maximalen Belegungszahl der drei Ferienwohnungseinheiten klein. Wenn bis zu 14 Menschen dort Urlaub machen können, sind zwei Gartenliegen echt zu wenig. Zu den Fahrrädern sei noch gesagt: Kein einziges Fahrrad war in Ordnung – es waren wirklich alte Möhren – leider. Unser Fazit: Schöner Schein, leider viel weniger Sein und für den Preis eindeutig überteuert.
