Extremely helpful and kind staff

Extremely helpful staff that made our stay the best possible. If it wasn’t for the nice hotel I wouldn’t have enjoyed my stay in Berlin as much. I wish I spent all my nights at SANA hotel. Thank you to all the staff for making my vacation so nice.

I love this hotel.

Great location hotel, but reception was darkly decorated and staff member wasn't the most welcoming. No frills hotel, ok, clean, but design and space not great for a standard room. Shower in bath had extremely high sides, so made it difficult to get in and out. Probably wouldn't wish to stay again. Pool was ok though worth a dip.

Great hotel, good location and a good breakfast selection. Friendly staff and a lovely lobby area. The only downside for us was the bathroom as there is a see through glass wall which divides the room and bathroom instead of it being the usual solid wall which can be awkward depending on who you are sharing the room with as you can see into the bedroom or into the bathroom depending on which side you're on.

The hotel is nicely located and was very close to where we wanted to be which was convenient. The stuff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. The room itself was very nicely designed with only a couple of scruffs here and there but nothing that would prevent me for booking again which I'm likely to do. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
