Dear Claire,First we would like to thank you for taking your time to leave us your review. We are very sorry to hear about your incident in the guest kitchen. Since the Lobby, the restaurant and the Guest Kitchen are public areas we can unfortunatly not control everyone who enters or leaves it. Our team is always happy to assist in case of an inconvenience. Unfortunately, homelessness is still an unsolved issue in Berlin as in many other big cities. As especially winter is quite a hard time for homeless people, we lately have donated to a local NGO that supports those in need. .We wish you all the best and hope you had a great time exploring Berlin.

The town is quite big and sightseeing spots are spread in different areas. That's why our hotel is located in a strategically good location - you can reach Berlin Mitte within few minutes with the public transportation and the cool areas Kreuzberg and Friedrichsain by foot. The neighbourhood where Schulz Hotel Berlin Wall is located is upcoming - here you can find some of Berlins most popular and famous bars and clubs such as Yaam, Holzmarkt and Berghain. For restaurants we usually recommend Mercedes square, wich offers a variety of international restaurants and is reachable within ten minutes by foot (always walk along East Side Gallery).
