Loved the family, pet friendly community vibe and it was set up in, closeness to OC Boardwalk, Assateague Park, and everything you could possibly need on vacation.

It was such a pleasant stay the property is very well maintained. Cottage was very clean staff members were wonderful. It’s a nice tranquil place to escape the busy city life. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit the OC.

Well maintained properties and very comfortable. We loved that every unit had their own firepit and chairs around it. Next year we won't come during bike week, very noisy and annoying. I believe without the motorcycles it's the perfect place to stay.

My family and I love it here. Everyone is so friendly, cottages are very clean . We've stayed here two years in a row now!! Only one suggestion. We have a large dog and she was able to turn the handle and get out. Maybe look into actually door knobs!!! Thanks for listening, see you next year!!

We adored the cottage, it was a really nice stay. I do have to say that there was an ant issue- literally crawling everywhere. However, Chuck helped us out right away (shoutout to him!!) with this issue, and we still enjoyed our stay.

Overall good!

The property is well maintained. There was a broken door and a missing remote felt like it could’ve been a little bit cleaner. The rooms were very small and not a lot of place for luggage, but it was very convenient in away from all the noise. There’s a snowcone place right next-door to the property that we walked to and it was excellent. Definitely try it.

The location is ideal for traveling to several towns in the area. We did find the sleeper sofa unusable (blocked the exit too much) and the kitchenette was lacking a few expected items. However, the unit was fantastic made for a great family vacation spot. We shall return.

Relaxing and Peaceful

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. There was plenty of room for us and in a perfect location. They are a short drive from Assateague and the boardwalk. The outside grounds were well maintained. There's a small pool however we didn't have time to enjoy it. Each time we drove by it looked very busy. Easy check-in and checkout. When we arrived we spent an hour killing over 20+ flies inside the cottage. The screened in porch was an added bonus but also full of flies and mosquitoes. The floors also needed a good mopping. The sheets and towels were clean however the comforters haven't been washed in awhile. We will certainly consider staying again in the future.

These cottages were so cute and the area was nice we had everything we needed and it was very convenient getting to the ocean's calling festival we were going to. I would definitely recommend these cottages if you are headed out to Ocean City.

Housekeeping needs improvement. Porch area not swept. Dog hair everywhere. And garbage bags still on the porch at check in time . Could been a busy weekend. Top covers of beds need washing . A few towels with dirt stains. The cottage was roomy with basic appliances. Cosy place to stay for quick getaway.
