The exclusive 3-star apartment (40 sqm) with air conditioning and parquet floors, has a box spring double bed (180/200), divisible in 2x 90/200, mirror cabinet with safe, iron, ironing board, clothes horse, flat screen, stereo and other furnishings ,

The kitchen area is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances, with a microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, glasses, tea, coffee cream, sugar and basic spices.
The dining area has seating for 2 people.
The shower bathroom with toilet is equipped with a hair dryer, electric cosmetic mirror and a basic set of hygiene items.

The central heating is adjustable. All windows are fitted with external electrical blinds.

Great apartment for a city weekend break. Good location - quiet yet easy access to the main station and the main tourist attractions. The host was very responsive and tried to sort out any problems immediately.

Marvellous place for a summer visit!

The place was amazing, everything we needed and high quality. Dishwasher and laundry was a bonus, plus of course the coffe maker! There was two minor drawbacks (please don’t let them stop you from renting this marvellous place!): 1. All important instructions and the check-in procedure was in german only. 2. The closest S/U-line station was approximately 1+ km away. I’d stay here again for my next visit. Such a great place!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung wohlgefühlt. Für uns war eine gute Anbindung zum ÖPNV wichtig. Die ist gegeben, der Bus fährt direkt ums Eck ab, U-Bahn zu Fuß gut erreichbar. In der Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden um Frühstück und einfache Gerichte zuzubereiten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel sind auch in der Nähe. Das Bett war sehr bequem :)

A Definite Winner

It was a pleasure to stay in the apartment in Mitte. The owner was very welcoming, responded promptly to any messages I sent prior to our arrival. The apartment was immaculate, with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The 123 bus was a short walk away and this took us the the main station where we could access anywhere we wanted to go as well as catching the bus to the airport. I suggest if you are staying a week, to purchase a 7 day pass and this saves having to purchase separate tickets daily. Would recommend this as a wonderful place to stay.

A nice neighborhood with nice neighbors

The apartment is tastefully decorated and immaculate. It's a short walk to fast food of every description, a smallish grocery store, a huge grocery store and the U9 which you can take a couple of stops to be connected to the rest of the city. We spent most of our time on the Museum Insel and even though we stayed for a long time, there were several places that we wanted to see, but ran out of time. We'll be back, and I surely hope that this apartment is available. BTW the proprietor is very patient and accommodating.

Gemütliches Studio, sehr gepflegt. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Ruhige Lage in der Seitenstraße kurzer Weg zur Bushaltestelle . Kleiner Edeka ums Eck. 30 Minuten zum Flughafen mit ÖV. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
