The single-level layout has an open living room/kitchen/dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a spacious screen porch. The fully stocked kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need to make cooking a breeze. The cozy living room is perfect for relaxing or gathering for a movie night with the family. The master suite offers a private bathroom, while the additional bedrooms are perfect for the kids or extended family. Enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening breeze in the screen porch. If the sun is what you like you can catch some rays on the back deck. In the evening gather around the firepit and unwind from your busy beach day. Centrally located in the Ocean Pines neighborhood with easy access to parks, waterways, and local restaurants. Grab your walking shoes or your bike and explore all Ocean Pines has to offer. The kids will love the skatepark, basketball courts, and many playgrounds. The adults can take advantage of the Robert Trent Jones Championship Golf Course or one of the many racquet sports. The whole family will enjoy the pools, splash pad, nature trails, and picnic areas. Bed sizes: King, Queen, single daybed with pull out trundle. Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED IN FEES.
