Nice, but far away

Nice hotel with all the basics and friendly staff. Worth noting: It does take some time with public transport to get to/from “the city” (the closest station was under construction, which made it even more so than usual). There’s not that much happening in the immediate area (cafes, bars, etc.).

I like that it was modern. I liked having both the sheer and blackout curtains. The staff were all very nice. It's within a 2-3 block walk to the train station in either direction. The temperature control was great. Being able to open the window/door to the outside every morning was nice. There are not a lot of dining or tourist options close by. You will be learning the trains! I was there for about 3 weeks. A washer and dryer on location would've been nice. A microwave in the room would also have been nice.

Location is awful. Really nothing around. Hotel name is confusing since there is another Axel hotel in the area where there are things to do. The Two Hotel is in the middle is suburbs. Have to take train everywhere or Uber. TV did not work in the room - so as you enter the lobby there is a big pink settee/ couch, freaking dirty with stains on it. Ugh

Room was perfect. Annoyed the spa wasnt open in the morning. Thats not clearly indicated when booking and would have meant we booked somewhere else as wanted a sauna after a night drinking.

On a adoré notre séjour dans cet hotel. Le personnel est attentionné et la réceptionniste a bien su rendre notre séjour agréable. L’hotel est situé près de 3 lignes de métro, ce qui rend la visite de la ville pratique. Notre chambre était spacieuse, confortable, bel et propre.

One thing that was not so good is that the staff was only able to speak English but totally no German. But this is a Hotel in Germany. Nice was that everybody was friendly and politely. The airconditioner was on but it was disabled to safe energy I guess. That could be a problem in the bathroom after taking a shower (mold - already appeared in the past I saw). All in one a good Hotel.

Traumatised for life from this Hotel

Hotel was pretty good . Location is not ideal. However one of the most traumatising experience of my life ... i went to spa and was sitting in steam room where a white EU bald bearded slim guy came. Though it is clearly mentioned to wear shorts in the Spa area all the time this guy decided to wear only a tiny towel. When he came inside I was alone and 2 girls were in Jacuzzi outside. This person did not waste any time and took his towel off infront of me looked at me and started playing with himself. I felt so uncomfortable that in this date and time there are still people who are that desperate. I shakingly decided to leave the spa and went to my room to my partner and told what had just happened with me. I decided to inform reception about it though they said to me they were not able to locate the person and no further investigation was done. I was told a famous LGBTQ + had recently purchased this property and sometimes they get guests who behave like that. This is totally unacceptable.
