It’s a nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are pretty basic - no fridge (unless you rent one), no AC, no coffee maker. Perhaps that is the style in Berlin. However, the hotel was clean and the room was comfortable.

The breakfast was OK. The room was very nice and quiet. The hotel had a laundry room. Perfect when you are training and want to wash your clothes. The hotel was in an ok neighborhood.

Nice and convenient

Check in was easy, Luisa was very helpful and spoke perfect English. She gave good information on traveling to airport, and was helpful with the washer. The dryer was broken but it was ok we hung everything up! The room was spacious. I would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was very nice, with many choices, a nice large display!

Expensive breakfast, not worthy of the price, only one pillow per bed, rooms hot and worn, dirty carpet along the hallway, one of room keys didnt work, need a code to exit the parking garage, hotel is hard to find on a busy street, staff was rude and impatient. No extra blankets or pillows. No usb this is twice the price it should be, staff gave me incorrect dorection to transit.

The hotel provided you with the most uncomfortable pillow that hurts ur neck and the staff in heavy rude. They don’t smile or offer assistance for anything except the Guy who speaks Spanish. The shower needs renovation. The water gets stuck in the sink. Etc etc

The hotel is overall located not a good place. Its very far from shopping centers. There’s no nearby coffeeshops. Breakfast is also expensive than other hotels. Not worthy. And the rooms were very cold and old. The heating system doesn’t work well. I could say not looks like 4 star hotel, looks like 2 star hotel.
