80 square metres with a rooftop terrace in Neukölln

Due to a stay abroad, I’m renting out my privately used apartment, fully furnished (with personal items), for a short-term lease
from December 11 through at least mid-April 2025 (possibly longer)!



This bright 80-square-meter apartment is located on the 5th floor of a typical old Berlin building. The open floor plan creates a spacious feel. The kitchen, dining area, and living room flow seamlessly into one another, offering plenty of opportunities to spend time together—or to read and watch TV undisturbed—or whatever else you’d like to do.
The south-facing terrace is built into the roof and is therefore sheltered from the wind. Even on cool days, you can enjoy breakfast outside in the sunshine. The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail in the original vintage 1970s Mid-Century style and has an inspired, relaxed atmosphere.
It is a private residence that is only occasionally rented out as a holiday rental.

Open living area
>> Large sofas, armchairs, lounge atmosphere. Cable TV and DVD. You can also play your own music on the hi-fi system via CD or line-in/aux. Large desk, Wi-Fi included.

Bedroom / Sleeping Arrangements
>> Sleeps 2 in the spacious bedroom facing the courtyard with a large double bed

>> Fully equipped with everything you need. Refrigerator/freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, juicer, toaster, etc.

Bathroom
>> With a bathtub and natural light, washing machine, hair dryer, and small TV.

Terrace
>> With a dining area and grill. You can also just chill out in the hammock. A wonderful view of the sky.

Location
>> Neukölln. Located on a quiet side street with a tree-lined median strip, meaning you look down on the treetops from the terrace. Supermarkets, pubs, bars, and restaurants are all in the immediate vicinity.
>> Just around the corner is the Schillerkiez, Berlin’s new hip spot.
>> About a 5-minute walk to Tempelhof Airfield. The decommissioned runways are great for jogging, inline skating, and visiting alternative gardening projects.
>> About a 5-minute walk to the Hermannstraße U-Bahn and S-Bahn station.
>> Free parking right outside the door.
>> Bicycles can be rented privately.

>> The listed price—including towels and bed linens—is for 2 people.
>> Each additional person is 20 € per night.
>> Bicycle rental: 5 € per day / 25 € per week.
