It is excellent service and parking plus lactation. If you are allergic my room smelled of old cigarettes as it must have been a smoking room at one time. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very big. I loved the very quiet location and excellent surroundings. Very amazing reception staff and very clean place. Extremely safe one can walk outside and not worry about one’s safety. I recommend this hotel I found it very retro and to my liking.

Ich habe nicht geschlafen zu viel Hitze und licht

Ich habe einen so hohen Preis (220 Euro) für ein Doppelzimmer allein bezahlt, wo: -Wasser wurde nicht im Zimmer angeboten, wie es in anderen Hotels mit dem gleichen Preis (oder billigeren zentralen Hotels) ist -Es gibt keine Schilder an der Tür, um nicht zu stören, also klopfte es um 9:30 Uhr an meiner Tür, man hörte mich nicht antworten, da ich im Bad war, und öffnete sie trotzdem -Die Fenster lassen sich nur mit Schlüsseln öffnen, die nicht an den Kunden weitergegeben werden. In meinem Zimmer wurde jedoch ein Fenster offen gelassen, das sich nicht schließen ließ. - Das Zimmer war sehr heiß (ca. 28/30 Grad), obwohl die Außentemperatur kühl war. - Ich hatte Zimmer 24 und konnte nicht schlafen, weil durch die Vorhänge Licht hereinkam. Die Verdunkelungsvorhänge decken die Fenster nicht vollständig ab, so dass es trotzdem sehr hell ist. - das Frühstück ist nicht sehr international und bietet weder Speck noch gekochte Eier - Die Kissen sind super unbequem (2 pro bett)

Besonders gut gefallen hat die Großzügigkeit des Zimmers und des Bades. Auch in Puncto Sauberkeit lässt das Hotel nichts zu wünschen übrig. Einzige Kritikpunkte wären die allzu leichte Zugänglichkeit des Hotels - insbesondere da die Rezeption nur bis um 22 Uhr besetzt ist - sowie die zusätzlichen Kosten für den Safe. Zur Verbesserung der Sicherheit wäre es ratsam, zumindest die Außentür nach 22 Uhr abzuschließen und mit einem Code o. Ä. auszustatten, damit kein Unbefugter in das Hotel gelangt. Bei Dunkelheit ist es nämlich ohnehin bereits ein wenig unheimlich, das Grundstück zu betreten, da die gesamte Umgebung im Finsteren liegt. Es handelt sich eben um eine reine Wohngegend ohne jegliche Infrastruktur an Geschäften oder Restaurants.

Das Appartementhaus liegt in der Nähe des Olympiastadions und damit etwas außerhalb, ist aber mit der SBahn recht gut zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung ist funktional: alles ist sauber und Ordnung. Habe im Gartenhaus gewohnt, wo es auch sehr ruhig war. Insgesamt ist der Aufenthalt in schöner Erinnerung geblieben.

Gute Appartments in der Nähe des Stadions

Das Hotel ist relativ neu (oder neu rennoviert). Wir haben mit meinem Vater ein Zimmer in den Innenhof gehabt, das sehr ruhig war und komfortabel. Es ist alles da was man braucht: Kühlschrank, Kochniesche, Sitzecke. Kleiner Abzug: Das Zimmer war durch die heissen Tage ziemlich aufgeheitzt gewesen und der Lüfter in der Ecke macht halt ein Geräusch. Ansonsten war das Hotel für meinen Geschmack etwas "ab vom Schuß" aber eigentlich kann man es super erreichen, sogar per Bahn - S-Bahn Haltestelle Olympiastadion. Für Autofahrer gibt es kostenpflichtige Parkplätze im Hof, oder wenn es keine Großveranstaltung gibt, auch ausreichend in der Straße davor.

My college and I had late arrival and the restuarant was closed. The lady on duty recommended we took a taxi back to town. however there is a perfectly good pub a short walk from the hotel! The hotel has ideal location for the Messe and with good bus connection.

Messe Berlin loacation

Great location if you are working or visiting Messe Berlin. Room has a small kitchen with stove, microwave, pots and pans so I was able to cook my own meals. Good English spoken by the front desk staff. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful homes. The train station is a 15 minute walk.

Super Hotel für Konzertbesucher und Wochenendtrips

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Entfernung zum Olympiastadion/Waldbühne. Top für Konzertbesucher. Die zentralen Orte in Berlin sind alle super mit der S-Bahn zu erreichen, die in max. 5min. Entfernung liegt. Man benötigt bis zum Bahnhof Zoo nicht mehr als 10 Minuten. Wenn man nicht in die großen Top Hotels möchte, dann bekommt man hier für etwas weniger Geld auch eine sehr nette, bodenständige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit! Sicherlich ein sehr einfaches Hotel, aber dennoch sehr großzügige Zimmer und es ist sauber. Vollkommen ausreichend für 1-2 Nächte! Ganz ganz tolles Frühstücksbuffet für 12 €. Da findet jeder ausreichende Leckereien! Auch sehr freundliches Personal! Wannsee ist auch um die Ecke! W-Lan ist immer für 24h und sehr gute Verbindung

Gemütlicher Kurzaufenthalt

Das Hotelzimmer bietet saubere und komfortable Räume und eignet sich perfekt für einen Lurztrip nach Berlin. Die S Bahn Station ist schnell zu erreichen. Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Immer wieder gern.
