"I was not in Berlin for the best of reasons, but the staff at the hotel were wonderful and made me feel welcome. In particular Tony and Gregor at the Front Desk were absolutely brilliant, and a true example of hospitality. The GM, I unfortunately do not remember her name was also very helpful. The buffet breakfast is great. There are so many options and a menue one can order from as well. The sauna and pool on property are fantastic as well. The hotel is right next to Museum Island and has lots of transportation options. I would definitely book here again."

"Getting out of the shower is quite an expérience "

"We noticed in the lounge area that the staff discriminate against english speaking guests as far as seating is concerned - it happened 3x during our 5 days stay. Also in breakfast room some of the staff was rude and spoiled the day for us. Concierge were excellent and reception too. Wonderful classy hotel and a pity some staff can ruin it for one. Will not stay there again because of staffing issues."

"L'hotel etais parfait, une sele perssonne a la reception quand je suis arriveé n'etas pas tres serviable, mais les autres oui, donc je ne peux pas donner un avis negativ pour tous car les autres jours le personel etas tres serviable. Per total j'ai passé 5 nuits tres bien."
