Centrally located and accommodating up to 13 people, this spacious home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large covered outdoor area is an ideal holiday house for family gatherings, fishing trips or dog lovers. Plenty of room for the boat with a large yard suitable for parking. Room for the pets with a large fully enclosed backyard & short distances to lots of shops, cafes & Horseshoe Bay (600m) Beares Beach (450m)and the Blue Pool (350m).
Bedroom Details: Bedroom 1 - King bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, free-standing wardrobe & ensuite.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with bedside tables, wardrobe & dressing table.
Bedroom 3 - 2x sets of bunks and 1x double bed with single bunk above. Set of drawers, storage cupboard, small table & bedside light.
Bedroom 4 - Queen bed, 2 x bedside tables with lamps, set of drawers & wardrobe.
Linen: Doonas/blankets and pillows are provided for all beds. Sheets & pillowcases are provided for king bed only. You will need to bring sheets & pillowcases for other beds, along with bath towels, hand towels and bath mats etc.

I chose the property because it could accommodate my whole family and family pet at a reasonable price. It was large enough to accommodate us comfortably and the big backyard was great for our pet. However the house is quite old and may need a bit of renovation to brighten it up. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
We loved staying here! It was close to everything especially the amazing blue pools. It had great areas to eat and relax, an huge kitchen and a fabulous backyard to play games. Would definitely recommend this place.

We loved it here
Plenty of room for our dog and family and so close to everything. It was super comfortable and clean & thoughtfully decked out. We'll definitely be back.

Good for large group
Our stay was fine, good location, close to supermarket and main cafes / shops and beach. It had what we needed to accommodate a large group. You do need to take own linen & towels or hire for extra cost. The house itself was fine plenty of room, large kitchen fully decked out, 2 toilets, 3 showers, laundry, 2nd fridge in the garage was handy. The place however did need a good clean, a bit of dust around so if you have allergies its not suitable. Outside there was a nice deck for lounging, a huge grass area for the kids to play however the grass needed to be cut (which happened on our last day there). For a holiday house for a week it was fine, my biggest issues were the cleanliness of the house and the fact the grass hadn't been cut.
