´Haus Sonnenschein Gartentraum´ is located in Bergmatingen, only a 10-minute drive from the beautiful and renowned Lake Constance. The 30 m² apartment consists of a large kitchen-cum-living room with dishwasher, a couch, a bedroom (with french bed 140x200) as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a television. A cot and a highchair can be provided upon request for free. Start the day on your private terrace or relax in the shared furnished garden while preparing barbecues surrounded by the greenery (800 m²). You can reach the coast and enjoy the view over a nice glass of wine. Due to the ideal position, the property is the perfect starting point for cycling, hiking and many excursion tours. Cafes, Bakeries, Bars and Restaurants are all reachable on foot and are about a 10-minute walk from the apartment. You can find the nearest supermarket at 280 m. You can reach Meersburg within 12 minutes by car (8,3 km) or visit the lovely town of Friedrichshafen (17,2 km).

Sehr gut

Mein Mann und ich haben Ende Mai für 3 Nächte hier pensioniert. Wir hatten unsere E-Bikes dabei und freuten uns über das gut erschlossene Radnetz mit vielen Radwegen vor Ort. Der Besuch im Schloss und Kloster Salem und der Stadt Meersburg mit den Rädern war toll. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, 2 Straßen weiter findet man einen gut sortierten Edeka für täglichen Einkauf. 100 Meter weiter um die Ecke Zollershube, kann man gut bürgerlich Essen gehen.Die Vermieter sind äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich.Wir kommen gerne wieder vorbei!

Pros: Ruhige Lage. Sehr saubere und schön möblierte Wohnung, komplett ausgestattet. Unkomplizierte und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Mit dem Fahrrad direkt vom Haus weg in tolle Fahrradwege gestartet. Es hat uns wunderbar gefallen. Cons: ---

Pros: Wir waren 5 Nächte in dem Haus Sonnenschein Gartentraum und es war sehr sehr schön! Frau Gutemann ist wie der Name schon sagt, ein sehr guter Mensch, der dazu noch sehr herzlichen und liebevoll ist. Wir wurden sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt und wieder zurückgefahren. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Den Garten durften wir ebenfalls komplett nutzen. Dort gibt es mehr als genügend Sitzgelegenheiten. Frau Gutemann hat uns sogar ihre Fahrräder zur Verfügung gesellt(kostenfrei), was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man ca eine halbe Stunde bis zum Bodensee. Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden und kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder! :) Liebe Grüße aus Köln
