Comfortable and lovely one-room apartment with balcony, mountain view and Wi-Fi

Beautiful one-room apartment in quiet, idyllic, preferred residential area at the foot of the mountains with magnificent mountain views at Lake Chiemsee. The apartment offers enough space for 2 people. The apartment has a living-bedroom area with kitchen and a bathroom.

The apartment has a balcony with mountain and greenery view.

Bicycle and walking trails as well as hiking and mountain tours can be started directly from the house, to the Chiemsee with steamer pier you have by ship connection to the Frauen- u. Herreninsel, but it can also be booked Chiemsee tours around the whole lake, furthermore, you can reach in a few minutes the town center with various shops, cafes, pharmacy and medical center, family indoor swimming pool "BernaMare" with sauna world, in the beautiful quiet park the Kneipp facility and the mini golf course, the climbing gym, the tennis and squash facility with gastronomy.

Public transport can be reached.

Dogs are welcome upon request and for a fee.



Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but possible in the outdoor areas in front of the house.

From 22:00 clock we ask for reasonable silence, as there are other tenants in the house.

Schöne Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge

Pros: Perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund. Gassi gehen in wuderschöner freier Natur ca. 30 m vom Haus entfernt. Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung sehr gut. (Kaffemaschine, Toaster, Eierkocher, gute Töpfe und Pfannen etc.) Balkon mit Südseite, auf der man bei wunderschöner Aussicht die Mahlzeiten genießen kann. Viele nützliche Hinweise vom Hausherr zur Freizeitgestalltung und Tips wo man gut Einkehren kann. Cons: Im Zimmer selbst befinden sich für unseren Geschmack zu viele Stühle. Vier Stück an einem Esstisch, von denen man allerdings nur zwei vernünftig nutzen kann wenn man im Zimmer essen will. (wir aßen ausschließlich auf dem Balkon) Zwei weitere Sessel mit kleinem Tisch zu Fernsehen schauen. (geht viel bequemer vom Bett aus) Der TV selbst ist etwas veraltet. (Netflix, Prime, etc. nicht möglich) Brauchten wir allerdings auch nicht.

Top huis van alle gemakken voorzien

Pros: Zeer prettige en gastvrije ontvangst. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is schoon en ziet er gezellig uit. Reit im Winkl is op een half uurtje rijden dus goed bereikbaar voor het skiën in de winter. Met de Chiemsee dichtbij ook een prima basis voor de zomermaanden. Wij houden deze accomodatie in onze favorieten. Sehr angenehmer und gastfreundlicher Empfang. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet. Es ist sauber und sieht gemütlich aus. Reit im Winkl ist eine halbe Stunde entfernt und somit im Winter gut zum Skifahren erreichbar. Mit der Nähe zum Chiemsee ist es auch ein toller Ausgangspunkt für die Sommermonate. Wir behalten diese Unterkunft in unseren Favoriten.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Pros: Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und die Ferienwohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und in einem top Zustand! Die Lage ist perfekt: in ruhiger Umgebung im Grünen, gibt es wunderbare Wanderwege zum See, zu den Almen und ins Moor. Ein perfekter Ort zum Aus- und Entspannen. Cons: Alles prima:-)
