In einer herrlichen Landschaft, am Ufer des Chiemsees, befindet sich unser Feriendomizil "Haus am See", direkt im Chiemseepark Felden, mit unverbautem Blick auf das Bayerische Meer. Unsere Ferienwohnungen überzeugen mit einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre und vor allem durch die einzigartige Lage. Jeder Urlaubstag bei uns wird zur Besonderheit, durch die vielen Angebote aus Kunst und Kultur, Natur und Vergnügen - wir stehen für bayerische Gemütlichkeit und regionale Lebensart. Nach wenigen Gehminuten gelangen Sie zum Anlegesteg der Chiemsee-Schifffahrt, von wo aus Sie die Insel Herrenchiemsee und Fraueninsel, sowie zahlreiche Orte rund um den Chiemsee erreichen. Für Bergfexen ist unsere Region idealer Ausgangspunkt, z.B. Kampenwand, die Sie nur nach wenigen Autominuten erklimmen können. Fahrradfahrer sind bei uns bestens aufgehoben. Sie können direkt vor dem Haus in den Radweg rund um den Chiemsee einsteigen, oder eine unserer zahlreichen Strecken durch die atemberaumbende Naturkulisse des Chiemgaus befahren. Für Ihre mitgebrachten Räder steht Ihnen ein abschließbarer Abstellraum zur Verfügung. Kein Fahrrad dabei? In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Radverleih, wo Sie sich gerne ein Fahrrad Ihrer Wahl mieten können. Sämtliche Freizeitaktivitäten finden Sie direkt vor unserer Haustüre und lassen keine Wünsche offen: Strandbad Beach-Soccerplatz und Beach-Volleyball Windsurfing, Stand-Up-Paddle, Surfschule Fahrrad- u. Bootsverleih Kinderspielplatz Wanderwege Tischtennisplatten, Bocciabahn Nach einem bewegten, abwechslungsreichen Urlaubstag können Sie sich in unserem Fischrestaurant, das sich im Nebengebäude befindet, kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen. Lust auf hausgemachte Kuchen? Relaxen Sie am Nachmittag in unserem gemütlichen Biergarten und genießen Sie bei einer Tasse Kaffee und einem Stück Kuchen den schönen Ausblick auf das Bayerische Meer. Unsere hauseigene Fischerei garantiert Ihnen fangfrische und regionale Produkte aus dem Chiemsee. Selber Kochen - kein Problem! Sämtliche Chiemseefische in verschiedenster Art und Weise, sowie unsere Fischschmankerl, können an unserer Fischtheke käuflich erworben und selber in Ihrer gemütlichen Küche zubereitet werden. In der im gemütlichen Landhausstil eingerichteten Ferienwohnung Herreninsel verbringen Sie Ihren Urlaub in einer 40 qm großen Wohnung mit Seeblick. Der Wohnraum verfügt über eine Essecke mit TV, eine gemütliche Couch und eine offene Küche mit Zugang auf den Süd-Ost-Balkon, auf dem Sie die Morgen-, sowie die Nachmittagssonne genießen können. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster. Das separate Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett garantiert einen erholsamen Schlaf! Bad mit Dusch-/Badewanne.
