"Everything was horrible"

"The lobby was nice and the room was spacious. It ends there. Then we first walked in, the beds were so wrinkled and slopped together, I actually questioned if they had been slept in. The entire room needed a paint job. The floors had visible crumbs all over them. Curtains were falling off the rods. Door jams were disgusting. Floors in the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been mopped in months. Dried toilet paper on the wall. No trash can in the bathroom. Asked for a highchair at the breakfast and they brought one so dirty I wouldn’t even put my baby in it. Definitely not Best Western Quality - much less Plus. One of the nastiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I wouldn’t even let my kid walk barefoot."

"Attendant was friendly, room was clean and a/c was cold. Lots of parking. Great place to say if all you need is a clean room and comfortable bed. Has a microwave and good sized fridge as well."

"This property was immaculate, comfortably decorated and perfect for our mini family reunion. We all voted it the “BEST” of all the places we’ve gone over the last 15 years.The owners responded quickly to our questions and requests; they even followed up once we arrived to be sure everything was in order. We are hoping we can all make it back here in the near future."
