It was nice to have option of sitting out on balcony though it was only the residential view. Additionally a pleasant surprise to have air conditioning to bring the temperature down for cooler sleep.

This property was a little further out but it was very easy to navigate your way into the center of town-we walked to everything from this hotel! The staff were excellent and the hotel breakfast was the best we had in our travels. We traveled by bike and they had hotel storage and early check in. Would definitely stay again!

Biking the Mosel, great hotel

Biking the Mosel. Loved this hotel! and the town. Good bike storage and they even let me wash my bike. It was so muddy. Great breakfast. Thank you Christina!

No one available to check us in.

Very clean. Had AC which was necessary during a very warm period. Easy walk (1.5 km) to center with lots of restaurants. When we arrived at 8pm there was no one at the reception to check us in. The only telephone number on web page or from hotels.com rang in the empty reception. After 2 hrs of a stressful situation, an online chat with hotels.com finally found a second number to call. Then a woman next door came to help. Not a good start for a couple of tired and hungry travelers.

What a wonderful property- beautiful, clean and good location. Christiana was lovely and welcoming. Our room was large, especially by European standards, with a gorgeous bathroom - very luxurious. The breakfast was beautifully displayed, included many special foods we’ve not encountered at other hotels and was delicious. The plentiful free parking made this stay easy and quite a value. Also - the nearby Zylinderhaus museum is a fun place with an amazing collection and the restaurant was very good.

Skønt lille hotel, vi havde opgraderet så vi fik udsigt fra altanen til vinmarkederne over Mosel floden, kan anbefales. Dejlig morgenmad hvor der var alt, kan anbefales. Der er gratis parkering lige uden for hotellet, som ligger cirka 20 minutters gang fra bymidten.

Vi var der en overnatning. Rigtig hyggelig lille by. Vi blev taget godt imod på hotellet og de havde opgraderet os til et større værelse med balkon. Morgenmaden var også rigtig god og mulighed for at have hunden med.

top kamer met hele fijne ruime douche. heerlijk balkon en erg fijn ontbijt. aardige mensen welke je ontvangen, niets mis mee. 1 nadeel er is geen lift helaas, dus beetje sjouwen met je koffers. maar dat vergeet je gauw als je de kamer etc ziet.

De eigenaar is vriendelijk, ontbijt uitstekend, kamers prima van formaat en netjes verzorgt en als je avonds nog zin hebt in een drankje in het hotel hoef je ook niet mis te pakken. Echt een aanrader voor verblijf in Berkastel keus.

Bekvämt i Bernkastel-Kues

Vi är mycket överraskade över att ett mindre trestjärnigt hotell kan prestera så hög servicenivå och komfort som detta hotell. Rummet var utrustat med jacuzzi, välfungerande luftkonditionering och var stort, rent och bekvämt. Frukosten var god och omfattande, information fanns 24/7 och personalen var mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående. Hit ska ni åka med era cyklar och njuta av omgivningen vid Moseldalen. Bilen parkeras på egen hotellparkering i direkt anslutning till huvudbyggnaden och cyklarna låses in över natten i ett lätt tillgängligt garage.

Bra hotell med bra sängar. Frukost helt ok med allt som behövs. Bra parkering för bilar och cyklar. Ca 2 km till gamla delen (Bernkastel). En bit att gå på kvällen om man inte cyklar. I sin helhet bra hotell, bara man är medveten en bit till centrum.

Ankom for innsjekking, fikk vite at mine to netter var redusert til en natt selv om jeg hadde Hotels.com bekreftelse på to netter. Mye veistøy på rommet. De ordnet hotel nermere byen så vi kunne flytte inn for overnatting nr. 2, der var det enda mer veistøy.
