"The location was excellent and I think that is what you pay a lot for. The Hotel itself is tired and in need of renovations. The first room we were in, the toilet was not working and the staff did respond quickly and put us in another room with a working toilet. The continental breakfast was very scant and although breakfast sandwiches were mentioned by staff on checking in, other than toast, bagels and peanut butter and jam, nothing else. No hot portion like eggs or bacon or sausage. The bed was extremely comfortable though and had a good night sleep. And as I said, the location right downtown and walking distance to all downtown activities, amenities and restaurants and pubs. Plenty of parking at the hotel. If not for the location though, I wouldn’t pay more than half the price of what I actually paid for this hotel. "

"Wow. This was a great find. The people were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and perfect for my wife and I. The location was perfect to walk anywhere. We will definitely be back."

"Check in was a challenge but I think that is the IHG software which seems to be confusing for staff at all their properties, IHG is following a venture capital model and all their properties are going downhill noticeably lately. Highlight was breakfast, Tiffany ran a lovely breakfast that was like being in a home, she was quick taking care of a ton of teenage boys eating a lot of food and taking great care of everyone; someone give her a restaurant to run!"

"Room was clean. They are in the process of remodeling but it was not in the way. Indoor pool water was little chilly but besides that’s, it was a good stay. I will got back."

"Everytime I stay, either the gym or hot tub are closed. Once, both.... Its frustrating because you dont find out until you get there and I spend more money to stay here to enjoy these amenities."
