"We were in a cabin for 5 in a lovely position, very secluded with excellent views. Parking was convenient next to the cabin. Interior was clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space. "Check-in was not good… my sons arrived at the hotel and for some reason they forgot their passport, but they had other Id documents with them and photo of their passport. The gentleman that was making the check-in was very nice with them and really help with the situation… but there was a lady there, with another guest overhearing the conversation and she started to make problems… arguing that photograph of the passport was not acceptable and that the reservation should be cancel and threatened even to call the police. People like her are the ones that ruin the great experience of booking at a new hotel. Not sure if we are booking again… "

"I LOVE San Sebastián. The hotel's restaraurant and the staff, from the front desk, to the bellmen, to the restaurant were OUTSTANDING! Helpful, kind, and proud of their city. Two shortcomings, the Hotel's "gym" was below ground, and smelled it. It was small, and very humid and warm. My loft room had a greatv view of the cathedral, but the window was tiny, and no balcony, which I had requested. "
