Enjoy your private escape in historic Berryville, VA. Walking distance to Rosemont Manor, restaurants, rparks, pickleball courts, and short drive to the Appalachian Trail, breweries, and wineries. Our newly renovated basement apartment offers 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 luxurious bathroom with large shower and Jacuzzi tub, full kitchen, and cozy living room, all with private entrance. Unwind in our saltwater pool and hot tub after exploring the town.

* pool and hot tub now open!!! May-October* hot tub heat is an optional amenity with a $50 natural gas heating fee. Guests interested in using it should inform before their arrival to ensure it is prepared/heated.

Very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Safe, easy to navigate neighborhood. I was there for two nights for a Trackdaze event at Summit Point. It’s a great place to stay.

The property was beautiful. Our host was quick to communicate with us and accommodate any requests. If we return to the area we would definitely stay again. We had a large group of friends in the area and we were able to rent the pool area on the Swimply app for a group gathering. Everyone had a blast and loved the pool.Overall, great stay!
