"It is a pretty hotel and staff are friendly. I had difficulty checking out on Sunday morning when staff are not there and the first floor is locked. "

"I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price so we didn't eat on property. No restaurant on site but a bar grill and order style. HOWEVER, the outside sitting area was beautiful, quiet , somewhat secluded because we had a large crowd and could be loud at times so we were glad that no other guests were disturbed. The staff were EXCELLENT , professional, super helpful, always available."

"This is a great place. I love that it is an old home. Beautiful courtyard and coffee is definitely better on the porch. Even though it is only a one bathroom it is a large one bathroom. We will definitely be staying here again."

"My wife and I stayed here with our 2 boys for Sping Break. The communication was excellent and the host was very responsive to our questions. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The house was very clean and the kitchen came stocked with everything we needed for the week. The kids loved the pool and the water temperature was just right (we payed the extra fee to have the pool heated since it was late March/early April). The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"The place was exactly what we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location could not have been better. We didn't make use of a lot of the amenities the place had to offer but it was definitely well equipped and provided all of the essentials and then some."

"The check-in process was easy, and the host had plenty of things like towels and blankets; however, I found that the photos of the listing did not accurately depict the actual house. The photos online made the house look much newer than it was, and the photos had several nicer pieces of furniture than there actually were. I also wish there had been something online warning about the train that runs through the backyard, as it would go by and wake everyone in the house up in the middle of the night. The house was also much darker and lacked the bright lighting that it had online. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay, but the photos make the house seem much nicer than it was."

"We had to leave within 10 minutes of arriving. The beds were slept in, there was dirty laundry still in the washing machine, one bed had a huge stain on the mattress cover, the pull out couch had a lot of dirt and grime all over it, the bath tub had dirt and grime in the bottom, and we found THREE roaches almost as soon as we walked in, in various places throughout the house. When we notified the host about these issues she asked if she could send someone the next day to clean it, which meant we would have had to clean everything ourselves just to go to bed that night. The location was also not in a great part of town. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had with Vrbo. The host did immediately refund us, but unfortunately there were no other Vrbo listings available on the site so we had to scramble and find a place late at night in a town we knew nothing about. "
