    The house is located, within the Condominium Residence of the Beach in Boraceia, border with São Sebastião
    It is the best and largest condominium on the north coast
    It has restaurants, cafeteria, bakery, markets, pharmacy, bicycles, and mini lake mall with exit to the sea where you can swim, fish, use jet ski, boat, motorboats, canoes etc. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the condo itself, see photos above
