The Cocoonr agency is offering this 90 m² holiday home in Berville-sur-Mer for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 guests.

It comprises a 90 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 180 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The rooms are spread over two floors:

Ground floor:
– A living area with a TV, sofa and dining area.
– A fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring: an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
– Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x190).
– A shower room with a shower and toilet.

First floor:
– Bedrooms 2 & 3, each with two single beds.
– A separate toilet.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
– A 30 m² wooden terrace with furniture provided.
– A private garden of 180 m² with a slide for the children.

The house is ideally situated in Berville-sur-Mer, in a very quiet neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby (the Leclerc shopping centre is 10 km away), as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Transport:
A car is strongly recommended. You can park for free near the house.
