Dans un quartier très calme de Besançon , la Butte. A 10 mn du centre ville à pied et proche des commerces essentiels - lidl, Biocoop, aldi, boucherie, boulangerie .
Proche de la gare Viotte. A quelques minutes à pieds des transports en commun (bus et tramway)
Loue dans une jolie maison, une chambre de 15 m2 à Besançon,Grande Chambre avec verrou , très lumineuse (1 fenêtre et 2 velux), avec salle de bain privative (douche, lavabo et toilettes). Une télévision , un bureau, une table basse, un réfrigérateur , une bouilloire, un meuble de rangement complètent la chambre.
wifi compris.
Possibilité d'utiliser la cuisine et le jardin.
Location idéale pour, étudiant - proche du campus Bouloie-Temis , de l' ISBA, du stade sportif Léo Lagrange, de la piscine Mallarmé.
