  • The 3-star residence Le Bois de La Reine, Super Besse, Massif Central, France comprises of between 6 to 8 apartments spread over small hamlets, situated in the middle of a forest and interconnected via footpaths. The 26 chalets and the reception building are located at the entrance of the resort, 800m from the pistes (free shuttle) and offer a fantastic view over the Massif du Sancy. Surface area : about 45 m². Level 0 : Living room with pull-out sofa or BZ-sofa. Cabin with 2 bunk beds. Kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, 2 vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge. Shower room with shower. WC. Level 1 : Bedroom with double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with bath-tub. Separated WC. Balcony. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.

Il est très regrettable de ne pas préciser que la voiture n’accède pas jusqu’au bâtiment qu’il faut marcher dans la nuit et sous tempête de neige avec tous les bagages les enfants en bas âge et même le sac avec tous les draps et linge de toilette qui pourrait au vu des prix exorbitants des prestations en sus être mît à disposition dans les logements qu’il faut transporter et qui au vu du poids craque dans les mains 😡 Le logement est ce qu’il y a de plus classique avec rien a disposition pour le ménage et le strict minimum niveau ustensiles bref près de 550€ pour deux nuits ce n’est absolument pas justifié

Le gérant sur site a été débordé par des chutes de neige abondantes et n’a pas su répondre à nos besoins : - pas d’ouverture exceptionnelle de la réception durant cette période exceptionnelle - pas de pelles pour déneiger les véhicules du parking - pas de prise de messages - pas de feu dans la cheminée de l’espace Accueil - ... Enfin, la supérette Vival attenante est chère et le gérant très désagréable « ... si vous voulez des pelles pour déneiger je vous les vends pour 45 euros ... », « ... pouvez vous ouvrir votre manteau pour vérifier que vous n’avez rien ... » !!!
