Nestled in the peaceful hamlet of Le Moulinal-Haut, near Besse, this charming holiday home for 7 guests offers a perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and nature. With three bedrooms—including one with a double bed (160 x 190 cm) and washbasin, one with a double and single bed, and another with a double bed—the layout suits families, friends, or multi-generational groups.

The living room features a fireplace, seating area, dining table, TV, and DVD player, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooker, coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. A bathroom with shower, washbasin, and separate toilet, plus heating and a high chair, ensure comfort for all ages.

Step outside to enjoy the private, fenced swimming pool (10 × 5 m)—open from April to September—alongside a terrace, garden, BBQ, and garden furniture. Pets are welcome!

With a lake just 2 km away, and tennis, shops, restaurants, and a public pool within 5 km, this home is a fantastic base for exploring the Dordogne countryside
