"We absolutely loved our stay at this sweet Little Rock home! The host has created such a cozy, welcoming space that truly feels like a home away from home. It was the perfect size for our small family, and we especially appreciated having a comfortable living room and full kitchen to relax in during our downtime.We visit Little Rock every year for our big family gathering (we have relatives just down the road), and this property was ideal—close to family, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The layout worked so well for us, and everything felt warm and inviting from the moment we arrived.This has quickly become our go-to spot, and we’re already looking forward to booking again next year! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us—we had a wonderful time and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"It was a great overall stay. It would've been nice to have more than one TV and basic cable service. "

"Prior review said steep drive. The drive is very steep and should be noted in write up. We had a Tahoe and the doors would not open fully when on the incline. Would not work for anyone with stability or leg issues. Master bath only had bath towel put out, no hand towels or wash clothes. I had to hunt for 1 hand towel. Second bathroom had no wash clothes and I found one in laundry room for my daughter to use. Master bedroom carpet was dirty. We did not use master bath shower because it looked dirty. One of the sinks in master bath was dirty. Pillow case on one of pillows in secondary bedroom was also dirty and not used. Bedroom with queen bed was not used, my other daughter stayed with relatives because window had an arch which was not covered by curtains. Only received passcode for front door with no instructions on how to use it. It took several attempts to get in. Would not book again."

"Family wedding near Roland, AR so this location was perfect, about 20-25 minutes away but much closer to restaurants etc. in west Little Rock, and only 15-20 minutes from downtown or the airport. Spacious, easy to figure things out, clean interior, and comfortable. Other than one of the blinds in the main level master bedroom, everything worked. Only noticeable issue was the unusual number of spiders outside (garage, porch, and backyard). Knocked them back with Raid spray from the nearby Kroger, and only saw one small spider inside during our stay. But suggest a full-scale and regular insecticide soak of the place during warmer months. Overall, we all enjoyed the place and would definitely stay again if visiting that part of Arkansas. "The Blue Bungalow was a handy retreat! With a 6 minute drive to a Walmart SuperCenter, about 15 to an award winning local bistro, The Croissanterie (try the Figgy Wiggy!), and a park with a small lake close for the dogs to run around, I loved staying at the bus! Rural feel with city perks. Listen. It’s a bus… the 108* heat index makes everything have to work harder. Adjusting expectations is crucial to be fair in a review. Yes, it’s quirky, I.e. run the cold water a bit to clear the hot water from the lines.. it’s 108* everything that’s above ground for long is about boiling. Concerning the electric, remember this isn’t a house, turning on every appliance AND the A/C minute on high will trip a breaker. To use the microwave when it’s super hot, just turn the A/C on low cool and turn off the tv. I didn’t burn up in the three minutes took to make Mac-n-cheese. :) What was really impressive is the inside temp stayed very comfortable, even a bit on the cool side one night, throughout my three day stay. Will I stay here again? Absolutely! The inside was adorably decorated and very comfortable! The close proximity to town was hands down the best AND no sirens at night. I appreciate all the time and love put into the quaint space. "
