My family (two boys and husband) had a wonderful time in this unit at Sea Colony. It had charming beach decor and exactly what we needed to make the stay enjoyable and fun. The location was great- near the free tram stop (if you don't want to walk to the beach), 5 min walk from a plaza with good restaurants and ice cream, and the tennis courts very close by. The only minor cleaning issue was that we happened to see that the rug in the kitchen was probably not removed when the floors were cleaned (some debris underneath). Very minor issue but thought it was worth noting. All else was perfect and highly recommend!

Great apartment in Sea Colony

Loved the apartment The place was well stocked and very tastefully decorated and very clean. Our only complaint was the deck was a mess. The table and chairs were all dirty and the floor was covered in leaves. As we love the outdoors, we had to clean up deck to sit out on it.

As advertised. It was really close to a tram stop, which was great, yet easy enough to walk to businesses. The only suggestion I have would be to mark the first step down when leaving the condo; it visually blends in with the other boards below it.

Clean and comfortable

The property is clean and well stocked. The condo was a little dark due to trees and porch above but that may come in handy in hotter weather. It is probably a little more updated than shows in the pictures. It would be great if cleaners wiped down and swept the deck. Right next to tennis center.

Comfort and convenience

The home is comfortable and very clean. We had to walk to the beach but we're right outside of the tram stop, and tons of tennis side of the resorts recreation. We've spent many years staying on the ocean side of the resort but now would consider this location first.

Confortable and well located

Very comfortable for our family of four; close to tennis, tram stop, playground etc. Nice complex. Would definitely return. To be improved: dishes were not clean at all and I had to wash most of them. They had simply been put away dirty. Also, be aware that the top bed in the bunk bed has a very thick mattress, leaving very little of the guard rail to actually stop a kid from rolling out.

Fantastic Family Spot!

This place has it all! Convenient location, great amenities like pool, and playground for kiddos. Everything is walking distance! The place was SUPER clean! The bunk beads were a little creaky. But besides that, we will absolutely be returning! Perfect for two couples with a couple kiddos!!!! Washer dryer in unit is AMAZING! Highly recommend.

Sweet little condo in sea colony

Everything was as described. Very comfy and fairly updated unit. We enjoyed our stay. Bunk beds were a little squeaky which made sneaking out of the room a bit tricky after little ones fell asleep lol. Also the back sliding door needs a little grease. But the express shuttle stops right outside and it’s directly across from the tennis center. Walking to beach is also pretty easy even with two kiddos. Would stay here again.

Great stay, great location

The house was perfect. We had a tennis tournament at Sea Colony tennis and the location is in the same parking lot of the tennis center. Very convenient. Place was very clean and made for a perfect weekend stay
