Entire Villa with Gorgeous Bay Views and 5 minute Walk to the Beach

Beach Cove Bliss is your 5BR/4BA, bay-view villa in Bethany Beach built for good times with the whole crew (sleeps 16!). Spread out in 2,700 sq ft, then step onto one of six private decks for golden-hour sunsets. Stroll 5 minutes to the uncrowded, pet-friendly beach—no tags, no worries—or launch adventures from the private fishing pier, community pool, canoe/kayak, and 4 adult bikes.

Inside: a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with new stainless, granite, and generous seating; two living areas with Smart TVs (Bose surround in the great room); fast Wi-Fi; games and puzzles; and Smart TVs in every bedroom.

We’ve thought of the little ones (high chair, booster, Pack ’n Play) and the details (beach chairs/wagons/umbrellas/boogie boards, outdoor shower, gas grill, washer/dryer, extra ice machine, robust 2-zone HVAC, and parking for 4).

Prime location in North Bethany -walk to Delaware Seashore State Park, and minutes to the boardwalk, dining, and shops—plus easy hops to Rehoboth, Dewey, Fenwick & Lewes Ferry Terminal.

Other Things to Know

Linens: As is typical for weekly rentals in Bethany Beach, we do not supply sheets or towels. Most guests prefer to bring their own linens, because it lowers the cost of their nightly fees. However, I’m happy to recommend trusted local linen services that can deliver everything right to the house for your arrival. Let me know if you’d like those recommendations — they make things super easy!

Stairs: Our home spans four stories and does not have an elevator, so if anyone in your group has limited mobility, please keep this in mind to ensure everyone enjoys a comfortable stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all food from the refrigerator and take out all trash from rooms and patio. Wash all dishes and utensils and return to proper cabinets. Run dishwasher, if there are dirty dishes in there.
Make the beds by neatly placing comforter/pillows on top of the mattress after sheets are removed. Close and lock all windows and door. Make sure the propane tank to grill is shut off.
Leave AC at 75F Summer. Heat at 55F in other seasons. Furniture should be left as it was found.• Check out promptly at 10 AM. Do not leave any of your vehicles parked in driveway after 10 AM.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please don't hang towels and clothes on balcony railings to dry. There are hooks on the wall by the garage and around the outdoor shower.
There is a noise ordinance from 11PM to 7AM. So please no loud music or noises that disrupt other renters or permanent residents!
