Fun house located in family friendly Bethany West on a quiet cul de sac. Easy walk or trolley ride to town/beach. Parking for up to 4 cars in driveway. Additional parking on street. Walk or trolley to great restaurants and shopping, as well as the beach. One residential parking pass available for beach spots.

3BR/ 2BA. One king bedroom with TV, one queen bedroom w TV, one room with queen bunk beds, a queen pullout in the living room, and a queen mattress in a sleeping loft (ladder climb). Comfy screened back porch w TV. Beautiful back yard for birdwatching, wildlife sightings, playing games, grilling.

Family friendly, pet friendly and convenient to all the wonderful things Bethany and the surrounding beaches have to offer.

Access to pool/fitness/tennis/pickleball for an onsite fee. (2023: $10/day or $30/week per person)

House fully equipped: TVs, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, etc.
Pillows and blankets at the house. Beach Towels provided. Bring your own sheets and towels or coordinate with owner to use new complementary linen service (refundable deposit required - ask for details**).

**$250 dollar REFUNDABLE damage/cleaning/linen deposit required a week prior to arrival. Fully refundable immediately when cleaner confirms property is in good order. (Property free of trash, laundry items bagged for pickup, no excessive damage - normal wear and tear OK.). Does not apply to repeat guests.

2nd Year in a Row
This was our second trip staying at the house and we're planning to be back next year as well. The communication was great with owner and the house has everything we needed while there. Plus it is super cozy and comfortable with a beach flair. It is very close to the beach and shops while also being secluded near the end of a quiet cul de sac. Loved our stay!

Great Birthday
The residence was great. Check in went okay… the “black lock box” was not there and we ended up finding the keys in a fake looking owl bird house on the back porch. All the linens were clean and available as promised. The house itself was very nice and had quirky/ fun colors and decorations. It was perfect for my girlfriend’s birthday. We loved the screened in back porch and the 8 of us were able to be comfortable and sit out there together. It was a very quite and safe looking neighborhood. All in all, I would definitely rent again if I were to go back to Bethany.

Excellent Stay
Decided to take my family to this sweet and beautiful place for a couple of days and was amazed by both the location and the layout of the home! Whether it was through the decorated living space or rooms, I was amazed by the ambiance it brought. Definitely will be returning here soon!

Beach Retreat
Quiet, comfortable home for our family beach trip to Bethany! House has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pools in the neighborhood were a nice option that we took full advantage. Short drive to beach and short walk to restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our time to relax and unwind in a peaceful location.

Cute and quaint house with great neighborhood and access to the beach. However some upgrades needed including electrical connections for master bedroom. Power went out when blow drying hair in the bathroom and the outlet under the main electrical panel was loose and impacted tv and lighting.

Perfect Beach Getaway
The house itself was awesome, Caroline was very quick to respond to all our questions, and the location was perfect. Just a short bike ride or even shorter drive to the beach, but far enough away to avoid all the business. We had a great stay!

A nice weekend getaway
While the stay was just for a weekend, we enjoyed our stay very much. I could see ourselves staying for a whole week. The house has everything one could need and was large enough to host our group of family and friends. Thank you!
