Welcome to the "NIDA"! Relax with family/friends at this peaceful home close to the ocean. We are a half block to the ocean with a private beach. After a beautiful day on the beach you can enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower. Relax on the front porch or the back patio with your morning coffee or evening drinks. This 3 bedroom condo is very clean, comfortable and well maintained.

Awesome location in North Bethany

This condo is perfectly situated - private beach access steps from this lovely condo and near the bay side as well. Short drive to the heart of Bethany Beach and boardwalk.

Excellent stay for the family

The property was described well in the listing. It was a great spot for a family beach weekend. Karen let us check in early on arrival so we were able to utilize the amazing private beach early. It’s an excellent spot. Will stay again 100%.

Perfect getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home. It was clean, comfortable, and the close proximity to the beach made for easy trips back and forth with our gear. Karen was easy to reach and even let us know we could check in early. We would definitely stay here again.

Memorial Day Weekend

The condo is clean and well equipped and the location is very good located midway between Rhobeth Beach and Bethany Beach centers. A car is a necessity.

Awesome location

Our group of four ladies thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely rental. The location was perfect with the beach access being so close and Matt’s Fish Camp just down the street. Their cocktails are fabulous and we enjoyed our lunch time apps so much we went back for dinner the next night. We were fortunate enough to meet our host, Karen, who couldn’t have been any nicer. You can tell she takes great pride in maintaining the property and ensuring everything is spotless upon arrival.. We cant wait to come back!!!

Beach getaway

We had an amazing time at this rental within the NIDA. The home was perfect for our family and just steps away from the beach. The beds were comfy and each room had everything that was needed. The home was clean and updated. The outdoor shower was also in great condition and parking was easy. We did have a small occurrence that had nothing to do with the rental itself and we felt the need to communicate with the owner, the owner was great to communicate with and even went out of her way to make sure everything was ok. We hope to book again next year!

Great stay in a great neighborhood

This place was great and perfect for a small family. The entire place was incredibly clean and very welcoming. It was great to be able to sit on the front porch in the morning and night. The back deck was great to relax talk to the family/friends. It was SO hot the week that of our stay. The air conditioning was amazing and kept it nice and cold on those hot 90+ degree days! The whole neighborhood is very welcoming and nice. I had a lot of family and friends staying in nearby places, which made it so easy to walk around and meet up on the beach. Karen was very accommodating for any questions or requests we had. She was always so quick to respond, which made the whole process so easy. I highly recommend this place and if I am lucky enough to visit again next year, this place is at the top of my list!

Lovely Short Weekend Stay

Had a pleasant stay at the beachhouse with a few of my friends. The house is a described steps away from the beach and a cozy indoor/outdoor space. Check in was great as the host let us know when housekeeping was done cleaning up the place from the prior stay. We checked out promplty at 11am, the host let us still utilize the driveway for parking along with the outdoor showers as needed as long as we didnt disrupt the maid so we could extend our stay at the beach. The only negative is the host not providing bath towels or linens/bed sheets but this seems to be more of a common practice these days depending on location. Luckily we were able to rent them nearby and bring our towels from home.

Great little home by the beach

We had a great time at the NIDA house the last week of August 2024. We were in one of the first floor apartments. It was very clean and seemed fairly recently renovated. It had everything we needed. We didn't cook much so the single burner stove (no oven) wasn't a problem. The neighborhood was very quiet and very convenient beach access. We loved being able to use the provided beach chairs, umbrella and even a wagon to take our stuff to the beach. The outdoor shower also came in handy after a day at the beach. We also took advantage of the front and rear decks to sit outside in the morning and evening. It is nice the rear deck faces a wooded lot. We did hear people above us walking around but it wasn't too bad. Karen was very responsive to any issues or questions we had and made us feel very welcome. Overall. we would consider this house again for a beach vacation.

We had a lovely stay at Karen’s rental. Everything was clean and well kept. It looked exactly as described. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach and the boardwalk is just a quick ride away.

Lovely Summer Beach Vacation

Located between Bethany and Rehoboth beaches, this condo is one of four in the NIDA building. Chosen because it is a short walk to the ocean with no major roads to cross as you walk to private beach. Condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Excellent communication with owners.
