Relaxing Girls Getaway

Great experience

This was a perfect place for staying with kids since it was on the first level and had very roomy indoor and outdoor space and was very accessible to the beach and pools and still had a decent view. Was perfect for our group. But it would have been helpful to let us know ahead of time to bring dish and dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags ss those were not provided.

Super Sea Colony!!!!

We have stayed at Sea Colony before but this time needed a larger unit that would accommodate 10. 110 Chesapeake was able to meet our needs. I read past reviews and checked with local team to get answers that would address complaints. I got a timely response and things were corrected. I do suggest bringing dish towels and knives. We did have one issue with cleanliness of sheets that could have been addressed in a more timely fashion.

Filthy unit

We selected this unit as we had walked by it many times and thought it would be perfect for our family. The bathtubs and showers were so disgusting with mold and mildew we couldn’t use them. It 2 days until some one finally came to clean the bathrooms. There were several other dirty areas as well: floors and rugs had not been vacuumed or mopped and cobwebs hung throughout the unit.

AMAZING CONDO- MUST STAY HERE!

This was an absolutely beautiful condo to stay in. Beyond fully stocked kitchen, huge TVs and tons of updated furniture and hardware. First floor and corner condo with easy beach access. Beautiful ocean view from the condo with plenty of space. We could not have been happier renting from these owners and cannot wait to return!

Great condo spot

Three spacious rooms, 2 1/2 baths, and a giant kitchen made this a great spot for our large crew (6 adults and two kids). The outdoor area was perfect for eating on the veranda. Limited cupboard space for food, and no dish towels-so come prepared. Overall this room was prefect for us!

Great location for kids, bathrooms need cleaned

The location of this condo is wonderful for families with small children as it is on the first floor and very accessible. The bathrooms were filthy when we arrived and we ended up cleaning them ourselves. Vacasa promptly refunded our cleaning fee and we appreciate the quick response.

Covid break

1st floor location nice not to use elevator during covid despite not having much of an ocean view. Wifi worked well for family of 4. We enjoyed renting this unit.

Location Location Location

We have been coming to BB over 20 years and where you stay makes all the difference. The condo is clean with updates furnishings. The location of this condo is close to multiple pools, sub shop, large outdoor patio eating area and green space for the kids to run around. Walk up from the beach which means no elevators or stairs after a long day at the beach. We will definitely rebook again next year.
