Featuring a spacious private deck, this coastal getaway's one-level layout offers a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, DVD, keyless entry lock, Wifi. * Notes: Fireplace is not available for guest use. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, summer community shuttle and year-round security. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. We got lots of emails about paying fees, rules and regulations, even after we had paid and completed numerous forms. Info on the property was thin. Smelly piece of wet carpet in the LR, scratched up pots and pans, no dish towel or beach towels, let alone beach chairs. (For rent at a premium at the beach, we found out). Porch with furniture was dirty and unusable. The apartment was clean. Nice to have the little pool close by and the trolley to get to the beach. Staff were consistently friendly.

Mold coming out of the kitchen vent. Cobwebs in living room. Various spots around the house that had food stains, or other stain marks. Shower curtain moldy. Bed mattress old and uncomfortable. Porch slippery and dirty. Could have used a pressure washing. Best part was not being in the condo but enjoying the pools and amenities they provided.

This property was not clean when we arrived. There was hair in the bed and shower, buffalo sauce in the kitchen , and things left on the bathroom floor. The property itself is in need of a major overhaul and deep cleaning. The refrigerator has rust on it. The wallpaper is hanging off in several rooms. The light fixtures don’t work. The decks haven’t been cleaned in several years. When I called to have the room cleaned it took a day, but they still didn’t scrub the shower walls and I ended up washing the sheets myself. I have been coming to Sea Colony for years and never had a problem with a properly until this one. Very disappointing.
