    The Space:

    Located on the shores of Sea Colony's West Lake and close to the community's world class tennis center, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath beach retreat offers a unique single-story vacation experience. The main level offers a living room, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bath, two bedrooms (including the master suite) and large private deck. West Lake is stocked with fish and features a white sandy beach for sunbathing. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, wood-burning fireplace, Wifi.



    Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.

    Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



    Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

    The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

The condo was a little outdated. It certainly served our purposes well. The weather was great and there were numerous amenities on the property. We would certainly stay there again. It was convenient to many places

Really nice community with good amenities. Our condo was nicely decorated, but very outdated. Tried to cook on the stove and it was close to a hazard. It started smoking as soon as I turned it on and a few of the burners were crooked, making it unsafe to even boil water. The cleaners were still working when we arrived at pm 4 so we had to wait a bit until they left, which is inconvenient since check in is already late at 4 pm (instead of a typical 3 pm). We found a large piece of half eaten bread between the couch and lamp which was gross. The water pressure in the shower basically doesn’t exist. Otherwise everything else was fine.
